  October 18,2022 . 225 927 4348 Two weeks ago ,ABCTree Co trespassed on my property to remove my NEIGHBORS tree. My lawn and fence were damaged/demolished by their truck and cranes There are large tire marks on my lawn. At some point ,4 sections of my fence were demolished by their crane. A makeshift fence was erected by my neighbor for some strange reason.?! Now ,my fence is crooked, missing 4 to 5 metal poles and has openings. It is no longer secure for my family including my dog and belongings. I do not feel safe anymore. More than $700 dollars worth of damage was caused and they are not eager to remedy this situation. The owners of this company have not repaired my lawn or fence nor have they offered money to pay for the repair/replacement. ****** called and said he didn't know when HIS BROTHER would be able to fix my fence. It has been 2 weeks now and no date has been given. Their business insurance should have been used to cover these damages. My complaint is against the tree company registered to ****** ************ *** **** *** and ****** ***** *** **** *****,70806 Another address associated with the ABCTree Co,LLC is 937 N. Bon Marche Drive. 225 927 4348. A professional company does not trespass nor do they destroy your property.

  We performed our job of removing a large tree at the property directly adjacent to the complaint that was hanging over both her and her neighbors house. In order to remove the final segment we talked with this woman’s son and husband and there was not a problem. After our job was complete we strung the neighbors chain link fence across and to make a makeshift fence so the woman’s dog would not get out. We even removed a large dangerous broken dead limb hanging over this woman’s house at no charge for being so nice and she was outside with us and having a good time and very thankful. We would have normally charged $350 for a limb as dangerous and large as this one. Our customer (the neighbor to this woman) took responsibility for repairing the original fence and had a fence company come out and install three new wood posts and replace the fence segments that were removed. The fence is very secure and there is no danger at this point as the woman suggests. The woman called us to complain that the posts were wood and not metal, so I responded the same day and visited the property and talked to the husband to see what the problem was and told him I would send a fence company out to replace the wood with metal and I would let them know what day they would have it scheduled. Since then the woman files this untrue and slanderous complaint with the BBB about our company trying to paint us as irresponsible and unwilling to help. The same day as the complaint I responded to her with a phone call and I reminded her that a professional fence company is already scheduled to come and repair this fence to exactly her standards and she told me over the phone that that is fine and I told her I would let her know exactly what time they are planning on coming out to do the job and all was well. The next morning I received a text saying we are not allowed to visit or send anyone to her property for for the fence repair that she would be getting 3 additional quotes, further delaying a process that she insists is very time sensitive. We have done everything in our power to remedy this situation as we do with any problem we are ever faced with, that is why we have such a great reputation. We always make it right. This woman seems to be the exception in the sense that we have done everything possible to make this right for her and still it seems that we cannot resolve this problem. 
  
  Facts to note:
  *Her current fence is over 20 years old according to a professional fence company based on the appearance of the wood that is there. 
  *We have responded immediately to every problem that she has. 
  *We have handled this very professionally from the beginning, and went above and beyond in order to help this person. 
  *Her final text message suggests that she is expecting an entirely new fence paid for by us even though it can be easily repaired by a professional.

   I never hired ABCTree Company ,owned by ****** ************ and ****** *****, for anything.Our paths should never have crossed.

  However, ****** *********** and ****** ***** ,trespassed on my property,used my property free of charge,damaged my lawn and plants, sawed and bulldozed my unbroken fence, then left the property.****** ************ stated that the neighbor would take care of the fence.The neighbor built a fence using the sawed off,bulldozed pieces of my original fence.The post were missing to begin with.

   Based on their track record to date ,why would any reasonable person trust  their choice of fence builder?.

  Yesterday,I paid $657.40 for fence supplies.Tomorrow,I'll pay $618.00 for labor,takedown,delivery and haul away . I have already filed a police report for trespassing and shall add the damages for the property.

  Since they have refused to give their insurance information,I shall pursue that  through the appropriate legal channels.

  A letter was sent to the arborist licensing board requesting a review and/or revocation of ************ license.

  I was recently informed that ****** ***** is a realtor.With his connections,he could have easily networked with a professional fence company to build my fence before anything took place,or before leaving this property.

  To date,ABCTree Company has paid nothing towards the damages they caused.

  At no point,was I given a choice in any decision made on my property for which I shoulder 100% responsibility .

  Since I was given just a name by the person who ABCTree Company chose to build my fence for a second time,I decided to find a reputable fence  company myself that was licensed and insured,had good reviews  and a reasonable price.

  Now, ABCTree Company does not have any reason to ever come on this property "to check the fence", or anything else.I have a sturdy fence that is insured .

  No matter what decision is made by the BBB   ,a paper trail has been created.
