    I emailed Tech Solutions with a photo of my 2 yr old laptop to see if they could repair hinges. **** (owner/manager) said yes. I brought it in the first week of Nov and was given a 10 day estimate. 3 months later, I do not have my laptop, and it has been negligently damaged further. **** has given many excuses and I am now talking to the technician (unknown name, Family Wireless; E. Texas). **** manages these locations. After 2 wks, I started calling for updates. Excuses were that **** had family in the hospital, it was hard to find parts, delayed shipping, he grabbed a different laptop, the technician had an emergency, it was incorrectly installed, the laptop was sent to a Dallas store, UPS returned to sender, **** went to get it but UPS had it, etc. **** always apologizes, promising to call with updates, but never does. He has said several times there will be no charge due to the delays. On 24 Dec, a different man asked me to come in, but didn’t confirm the computer was fixed. Upon arrival, **** told me that I had to go to Family Wireless, a different store, with no explanation. The technician there said he fixed it but had dropped it, showing me a shattered screen and hinges. He said he wanted to tell me in person, and it would be fixed in 10 days at no charge. That was 4 wks ago, with excuses starting again. A screen was hard to find, out for delivery but late, etc. Now, an employee says the technician is out of the country, and he is not sure when he will return! He called **** with me on the line, but spoke a foreign language so I could not understand. They said they will call me when the technician is back but have refused to provide any further information. It has been 3 months and I want my laptop back, fixed. No money has been exchanged but I fear they will try to charge me for their mistakes. I feel like they are committing fraud and theft. I homeschool my kids and I ended up having to buy a Chromebook so they could continue their lessons.

    My computer was waiting at the Dallas store (affiliated with Tech Solutions and Family Wireless, I don't know the name) for a new screen after Family Wireless dropped it. **** from Tech Solutions had said that the new screen is hard to find, and when they find them they arrive damaged. He said they had reordered them several times and they always arrive damaged. Then, after he received the BBB letter, he said would buy me a new computer from Amazon and have the Dallas store put my hard drive in it. On Friday, Feb. 21, I picked up the new computer from Tech Solutions and it appears to be working just fine. All my info is on it and **** provided the box that it came in and my original charger. I asked if I could have the receipt for the computer (so I would have proof of ownership if it gets stolen or something) but he said he didn't have it. I thought that was a little weird considering he said that he ordered it from Amazon. But, the new computer appears to be fine so I think I can close the case for this problem.

    On September 20th 2022 I traveled to bossier city and went to text solutions to purchase an iPhone 13 pro Max they had me fill out an application I was only approved for $850 so they had me fill out a different application and I was approved for $1200 They did not tell me anything about the terms of the loan turns out I received a email from the supposedly finance company stating that I will be paying close to $4000 back and i'claire's bag and I believe I was sold a iPhone that is not a true iPhone like a cloned iPhone and I need to know what I can do about it because they're gonna be taken payments out of my checking account for a $106 every 2 weeks and I don't want to pay that for a fake iPhone.
