On 8/27/2024 I went to check in for my reservation at 8:30pm. ******* was the working agent at the counter and assigned me suite 822. When I drove to the back of this property the lighting was poor and the parking was limited by the building where ******* had directed me. The buildings were not marked and room was difficult to find. The walk ways were broken and uneven. When I opened the door to 822 the overwhelming odor of cat spray was unacceptable. I went to the front desk and ******* assigned 922. All entrances to the suites are from the outside environment. When I went upstairs to 922, the smell of raw sewer was strong and there were branches from the tree I had to duck under. Upon entering there were lights not working inside kitchen and the granite countertop was broken and offset 1/4" at the sink. The loft bedroom had king size bed was blocked at the foot of the bed by the dresser drawers that were tilted and open because of the floor being unlevel. My mother is 90 years old and this property presented physical, sanitation and safety issues for us all. When I went to drive back there were 3 men, one of which I had seen before as I was trying to find both rooms, there were walking back and forth in a poorly lighted environment and my mother said they were looking in the vehicle... she was afraid. This entire property is a depressed property. I went back to the front desk and asked ******* for a refund and she said I would have to speak to the manager who would be there the next day at 10 am to 2 pm. I had an appointment and would not be available to meet with Ms. ******. at those times. I went to the property after my appointment on 8/28/2024 and left Ms. ****** a written message and today is Saturday 8/31/2024, I also have contacted the reservation company who has tried to contact Ms. ****** with last report they are not able to reach her by phone. I am seeking the 348.78 charge & release of the 150.00 deposit held on my credit card. This was misrepresented!Customer Answer

This place is falsely advertising. The property looks nothing like the pictures. It’s disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe . They won’t refund bc of their policy’s but also not offering the product we paid for . This place should not even be able to do business in this condition.Customer Answer

I booked a room june 28-30. While staying there we had roaches mold in the bathrooms, no clean linens, no hot water and no wifi access. I have contacted the management and they declined a refund. It's absolutely absurd that I had to stay with my family in such conditions.Initial Complaint

On July 7, 2023, I used my credit card to pay for one week of stay for somebody who was down on his luck. At the end of his stay on July 14, 2023 he would either find somewhere to stay or pay for additional time himself. That morning ( or night before), he had a medical issue and was unconscious for several hours until management had to have the door unlocked and found him. EMS was called and he was transported to the hospital. Management called my daughter to ask her to come get his personal belongings. When she arrived she was not informed of the additional week charge they placed on my credit card or if there were any issues of concern. It wasn't until I got my statement that I found this additional charge. I contacted them and was not given any information, in fact, my calls and requests to have management return my call were ignored. I sent a letter to their corporate office on October 2, 2023 and have not received a response. I have attached the letter and copies of the credit card statement showing which transaction I authorized and the one I did not. On Saturday August19,2023, my partner and I booked a non-smoking room with this establishment. Upon arrival to the room, the room immediately smelled like cigarettes. We found ashes in the trash can, hair and small bugs all over the bathroom counter. I also tripped over a large chunk of the floor missing at the front door (I’m 8 months pregnant). The establishment refuses to refund me my money and stated there were no ashes in the room we booked, even though I have photos of the ashes.Initial Complaint

On July 17, 2003 I checked into Extended studio . Our electricity was out due to a storm so we had only planned to stay one night. When we got in the room, my fiance went to turn the TV on, but when the screen came on, it looked like it had been hit with something. We had been in the heat all day and were exhausted so we laid down to take a nap . I had thought of calling the front desk, but I had stayed there prior to this time for a week because of the same storm issue, and had problems with both rooms I was in. I was honestly just happy to be in a cool room. Later on that night after we woke up , I had received a text from my mom saying the power was back on, so we left . We didn't even stay a whole night. The only thing left messed up in the room was the bed from where we slept. When we had checked in , they make you pay a 75$ deposit which is suppose to be refunded. A week goes by and still no deposit, so I called the office and they inform me I won't be getting my deposit due to the TV being broken . We had absolutely nothing to do with that. If their housecleaning people would do their job how they are suppose to and check everything out they would have known it was already broken. In all of the rooms we have stayed in there, none of them have been very clean. I don't feel like I should have to pay for what someone else did.Customer Answer

I have contacted Extended studio multiple times over the situation and can not get anyone to respond or even call me back. I have left multiple messages and nothing. I just want my deposit of $75 back since I had nothing to do with that tv being broken. Neither Me or my fiance.
