1 starAnother customer here, bought a Jessup home in May, promised to have it done 90 days. They dragged out and also gave excuse after excuse of not completing construction or removing their own ruble from property. They promise the land improvement was all estimated prices however once land was finish they refused to produce invoice to show how we should of saved money. They threatened to take house back after receiving over 80% of house cost. Several employees under Nathan lied about saving money and also sent out his service manager who said we could move stuff in and then went back on their word after we moved stuff in and threatened to take the house back. Worst experience ever! All they want is to complete sale and have no respect for the buyer! Be aware don't purchase from cypress, red river, brewer home!Review fromDavid W

1 starAbsolutely worst experience ever! July is 1 year since house has been on my property and it is still not livable. Every time I ask they just keep sending me to someone else instead of owning up to their mistakes and correcting them. Everyone they use left trash everywhere. They ordered stuff wrong in my house and refuse to correct it. They are absolutely great until they get the sale and then everything changes.Review fromKelly S.

We bought this home 3 years ago, we had nothing but problems since we bought it! the house whad major problems when they delivered it, the a whole wall in hall had fallen none of the doors would shut! they sent out a man who just rigged everything- we have had all the pipes bust in both bathrooms and living room causing it to flood in living room and bathroom. Under one of the sinks in bathroom are ruined. the house is not insulated like it was suppose to be. Today the A/C unit in the house has gone out at 3 years old, we called them and all they said was to call an a/c man and maybe the parts would be unde warrenty! This house has been nothing but crap! We also did not get stuff in the home that we had put down for. They kept changing stuff on us! Horrible company and horrible KABCO house!!!!!!!!!!!!Brewer Home Center, LLC

Kabco warranties their homes for a year. This is explained thoroughly at closing. The A/C unit has it's own factory warranty as well. The warranty is attached to the unit. All A/C warranty work is handled in accordance to the warranty card that came with the unit that you are told about during your closing. This is a home owner's responsibility to handle. Most three year old units will require maintenance and upkeep.Kelly S.

1 starI too was duped by Red River Home Center/Brewers Quality Homes. All they want is the sale and then promise someone will be out to fix the items that needed repaired only to send you in circles with the manufacturer, Oak Creek Homes out of Dallas (Nikki, the service repair representative there) does the same thing. They have sent several people out to "Look" at the home but when they carry the HUGE list of what needs to be fixed back they never return to fix it because it's always the other people's responsibility to fix it. Our home was delivered October 2021, was not ready for move in until Dec. 23 2021, and the home still hasn't been completed as promised. Worst experience ever. So disappointing since we spend over $200K on our home.Review fromDemetria G

I'm very unsatisfied with Brewers Quality Homes and the Saleman Chris ******** and Tim they have been nothing but **** to me since I purchased a full refurbished home and can't even get repairs done . Chris and Tim don't do nothing but lie and he promised me things that didn't happen but he wanted the sale . He promised me skirting and I had witnessed that heard him and now he don't want to do it. When I looked at my home in June 2021 I thought it would be everything but come to found out it's a pain . I should have gotten my family a new home. Brought the trailer out and broke windows, plumbing wasn't done, painting or trimming wasn't complete but the salesman did come check before he paid the contractor. I'm so disappointed with this company but it's a lesson learnedBrewer Home Center, LLC

When the **** family decided to purchase their home, the home was merely a shell. The entire home needed to be refurbished with new sub flooring, walls, paint, fixtures, appliances etc. This obviously leaves room for visions of the results that are not necessarily mutually shared. This home was viewed by the customers several times throughout the process and right before delivery. The home was not closed until right before delivery, after being viewed one last time. Included in the closing paperwork were many disclosures expressing the home will be sold "as is" in which the ***** decided to sign off on. Also worth noting that skirting was not included in the purchase order for this home. Seeing as this home was not connected to any water source or electricity during the refurb process, there were a few things we could not fully test. We have in good faith made several trips to the home after delivery to ensure issues have been resolved. There are a few items that we have on order that are still on backorder that we do intend on addressing once parts come in. Unfortunately, we can not control supply issues for some of these parts. Skirting being one of these also waiting on materials to come in that we volunteered to install in hopes to remedy some distrust. At this point we have fulfilled our end of the purchase and still planning on doing additional requests to help the situationDemetria G

Don't get me wrong I understand it was a refurbished home but when i put my money into something for my family that's what I expect. Yes I did read the paper stating about sold as is but I was told the other work will be done on site like the trimming and painting and carpet but guess what the same way we look at the house in June was the same way it came out in January of 2022 only thing different was they built the cabinets . The day me and my family went to close on the home we did not get a chance to see the home and make a final decision you want to know why because they already had it apart and wrapped and ready to deliver when I stated numerous of times when will they do the dirt pad he keep saying well my service manager will be out to look . Since they want to lie if it wasn't for a coworker to tell me my house was coming over the track I wouldn't have knew anything how could you all tell me that I didn't need a dirt pad when I stated that the land wasn't leveled but guess what he stated that I didn't need one. The same day they brought my house I had to get a vehicle moved from my yard out the way and a tree cut down from my neighbors yard but if you would have followed up and came and viewed the site like you say you our did I wouldn't have a problem. It's bad when you purchase something and it's not right I couldn't even take a picture of my house because I was shame of it looking so embarrassing it still had Christmas lights, numbers on it and red stuff splashed all on it and dirty green spots on the front . How could you all sell a person something like that. Don't get me wrong I know it can't be perfect but if I'm paying for it I want it right . All I ask for is the job to get done and all this half doing and lying is unacceptable . I shouldn't had to call Mrs. Julia and talk to her about problems I'm having if it would have got done the first time . I thank Mrs Julia for stepping in and handling the situation but I want to live comfortable and if it was you all y'all would want the same . Like I said before if I could do it again I would not recommend .Brewer Home Center, LLC

Skirting was not in the deal. The customer was not charged for it, however Brewer's paid for material and installation. Brewer's paid for a plumber to repair leaks and make sure that everything was working properly with water and drains. Brewer's paid service techs to make multiple trips to the home to make cosmetic repairs. Brewer's paid for a full refurb, both labor and brand new material, including paint, carpet, linoleum, appliances, sub floors, doors, cabinets, toilets, etc. Brewer's provided all of these services on a home that was purchased as is with no warranty. This agreement was signed and agreed upon by both parties involved.
