    I have had water service for 3 years in bossier city and I don’t think they reading my meter correctly and I’m being over charged I need to see who I need to talk to me.

    Good afternoon,

    The account for **** *** *** has been reviewed for billing amounts and the meter checked for functionality.  The meter is currently transmitting accurate readings, and the monthly bill totals are within normal range for this account.  The bills currently range from $99.00 to $103.00 per month.  Attached please find the monthly usage record.  Please feel free to contact our office at ************, opt. 1 if you have further questions regarding your billing amounts.

    I had water service at multiple properties. Long story short I didn't realize some of them were not getting paid because I did not have a bill or account number for one of them and the other, I did not realize there was a drop down to switch between multiple accounts. So when I went to pay the bill I didn't realize it was for just one account. Today I talked to the separate billing company and they showed me that. When I access a second account I saw a huge charge on there that shouldn't be there ($789.45). I called and talked to "the administrator" and she said it was a transfer from a closed account at another address and they transferred the balance to another billing address. I asked them to reverse it back to a separate account number and address and I would pay it right then. Both the "manager" and the "administrator" refused to do that.
