            I will never trust this company they have trick me into leaving my cat for just a sitter service and without my authorization my cat was examined and was giving an unnecessary rabies shot after showing proves that his shots were all in line until next year. Worst place to leave your animals.

            So sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our vaccination policy for pets boarding with us. Our vaccine policy, signed by all clients boarding their pets, states that all pets boarding with us must be up to date on all core vaccinations. You did provide us with records of rabies vaccination at the time of boarding, but unfortunately his other vaccines were not current. So rabies vaccination was not performed, but other vaccines were given that were necessary. These vaccinations are performed in order to keep all boarded pets in good health while under our care, and prior to vaccination an exam is performed to ensure the pet is healthy enough to receive vaccinations at that time.

            You are not sorry you just wanted to charge me extra money. When I was asked if my pet needed shot I said NO! and I showed proofs of his shots that were done two months prior good for a whole year, however you till did a unnecessary check up and an unnecessary extra shots, You also said that because it was the weekend there was no one there to faciitate any kind of service but then yet you had some one to do a check up and to do the shots in which I was charge for. My purpose for bringing my cat was to be taking care for (onky a sitter) not check ups and shot!!! NO worries I will make sure your bussiness is well known for what it is, The worst!!!
