    ON TUESDAY APRIL 5 , 2022 A PLUMBER {ANDREW} FROM ALL STAR PLUMBING CAME TO MY HOME TO INSTALL A KITCHEN FAUCET. IN THE PROCESS OF UNINSTALLING THE OLD FAUCET {ANDREW} BROKE THE GRANITE COUNTER TOP. AFTER A FEW DAYS ANDREW CALL TO SAY THAT HE HAD A QUOTE TO FIX THE GRANITE., I CALLED EVERY WEEK TO GET STATUS, ON WHEN THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED . . ON THURSDAY APRIL 28,2022 ANDREW CALLED TO SAY THAT A LARGER PIECE OF GRANITE WOULD BE NEEDED , AND HE HAD A NEW PRICE QUOTE. MEANWHILE I HAVE A KITCHEN WITHOUT WATER. ON MONDAY MAY 16,2022 I CALL ALL STAR PLUMBING AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS LETTING ANDREW TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER, I WAS ALSO GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER, I WAS TOLD “THIS IS A STRAIGHT LINE TO ANDREW” {*** *** ***** I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER FOR A WEEK . THE LINE WAS ALWAYS BUSY. . I STILL DO NOT HAVE WATER IN MY KITCHEN OR HAVE ANY IDEAL AS TO WHEN THE WORK WILL BE COMPLETED. PLEASE HELP ME? THANKS!

    I spoke with *** ****** in reference to this complaint. The original repair person we had lined up failed to show up on 

    several occasions. I reached out to another repair person who has made contact with *** ****** and we are waiting for

    a response for the repair. I have touch based with *** *****n several times after receiving this complaint.

     I HAVE SPOKEN WITH ROB FROM ALL STAR PLUMBING AND AIR, ON SEVERAL


    OCCASION, BUT AS OF TODAY FRIDAY JUNE 17, 2022. MY COUNTER TOP HAS


    NOT BEEN REPAIRED. I DO NOT HAVE AN APPROXIMATE DATE AS TO WHEN


    MY COUNTER TOP WILL BE FIXED AND I WILL HAVE WATER IN MY KITCHEN.


    AT THIS POINT IN TIME, I STILL NEED YOUR HELP. NO ONE HAS COME TO MY HOME TO EVAULATE THE BROKEN GRANITE. ALL I HAVE GOTTEN IS , SPEAKING WITH ROB FROM ALL STAR PLUMBING AND AIR OR DREW SCHIRO FROM SCHIRO DEL BIANCO ENTERPRISE BY PHONE, SAIDING SOMEONE WILL BE HERE AND NO ONE SHOWS. PLEASE HELP. THANKS!

    I have reached out to *** ****** on a weekly basis to touch base with the progress of her repair. She advised she was going to send me a quote

    from the contractor I had to find to fix her countertop, but I still have not received it. I assured her that I would cover the cost of this repair, but I 

    have not been contacted by her or the contractor in reference to the cost of this repair. *** ****** tells you she is not satisfied, but she does not 

    keep me posted on this matter as I requested.

    ON JUNE 20,2022 **** *ROM SCHIRO Del BIANCO ENTERPRISES CAME


    TO DO AN ESTIMATE . NICK STATED THAT THE ESTIMATE WOULD HAVE


    TO BE SENT TO ROB., AND ONCE THE PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTED AND PAID


    FOR IT, WOULD TAKE TEN DAYS TO COME OUT AND DO THE WORK.


    ON JULY 5, 2022 ROB TOLD ME THAT HE WAS ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL


    AND WAS ARRANGING FOR PAYMENT, WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETED


    I WILL UPDATE YOU.

    WHY DIDN’T HE JUST CALL THE OFFICE WITH THE CREDIT CARD INFO ?

    I've attempted to reach Nick on several occasions by text and by calling him. I've attached my call history to show this. Nick told

    me when I talked to him that he could not accept payment until he got back to his office and he would call me later that day to 

    take my payment. He never called me back and I attempted to call him to pay him. I am willing to sen* ******* * check so she can 

    just pay him herself.
