      I called the register my sons dog to be a service animal and I over the paperwork was not real I presented the paperwork it was False however this business is taking money from people because you dont need over $200 to register dogs be a service animal you can go to your regular doctor and get this I would like my money back as the paperwork is not real because I gave it to several people that did not analogy

      I recently paid ****** for *** registration for my dog. The site is a scam. I want my money back. The landlord says it's not real. The order number is ******* and my dog name is major. The incident date is 5/29/22. The business name is usservice animal. The doctor name is *************************** page.

      On April 23rd 2022, I registered my pet using their website. I thought that everything was legit and that I was speaking to a legit doctor that was going to give a legit letter. Unfortunately, my property management told me that the letter was fake and I was also told you should never have to pay for registration of an animal. I spent $262 with them. I would like a full refund immediately! I am upset, and I need help getting this refund. I am a college student and I cannot afford this scam!

      I was falsely led by usserviceanimal.org that my cat would be registered as an **** I was required to pay $107.96 for a certificate, ID card for my cat, and a tag to go on her collar.

      On 12/9/2021 I had purchased an ESA registration kit along with 2 digital products for $103.95. Today on 1/25/2022 I had called for a return/refund & was told it was impossible due to their 45 day policy (I did not know if & or when that started since I did not recieve the actual registration until 12/13/2021.) Unfortunately their services do not help in the case of an ownership of a pet which I had thought that it would have. Their product(s) are not useful to me & I just really would like to return the registration & recieve a refund.

      I asked and was told about 10 times during my call with the representative that if I wanted a refund for whatever reason I would get it, even if after a fully year I decide I no longer need this letter. This is a fraudulent business. My “consultation” lasted literally 2 minutes. I asked for a refund 2 days after I contacted this company because I no longer need this letter and the legal team told me they don’t process refunds for letters. OUTRAGE. I demand to be refunded for this fraudulent service which claims to register emotional support animals when you don’t even need to register them, you just need a letter from your doctor (which is free). If I am not issued a refund I will initiate a dispute with my bank.

      This company is a scam. I applied for my dog to be my emotional support animal. Paid for one of the most expensive packages and have the bank transaction of payment somewhere. I’d have to dig to find it. Now they’re saying they have no record of my email or my dog being registered. I am disgusted with this company and their employees
