5 starsUS Service Animals is the best - I registered my pup as an *** in 2022, and now due to relocation and a cat only housing policy,I required the providers note for *** justification. The process was quick and easy! A licensed physician was in contact within 24 hours from my request, asked a few simple questions as an assessment, and I was provided the written documentation only a few hours after. I did not receive the package for training my dog that was expected today. I would like a refund. When I call customer service the line goes quiet and disconnects.

Hi Emily,
I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. I see that you just placed your order with us on the 25th of March, any products such as the training clicker takes 7-10 business days to be received. The training course itself is an online course to be taken at the customers leisure.
I do see that you spoke with our customer service department on 03/28, and that you were fully refunded for the training course. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show in your payment record on file.

4 starsI ordered a vest which wasn't included with the rest of my order I received collar, ID with certificate and tag. I called and hopefully the vest or harness will come before we travel on 3/30
