Just a little disappointed. I placed an order at the beginning of the month. I had to call to find out where my items were at. Other than that, not bad.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, genuine and polite. They made the process very simple and fast. I appreciate the experience they gave me.

*** was amazing in initially helping me navigate the process. I was in a panic, since I was pretty much lied to by another super popular company that says they supposedly help people certify emotional support animals- and she had all the answers I needed! When I called to actually place my order, *** was on another call so ****** helped me. She was just as courteous and helpful. This was the greatest customer ********************** experience I've ever had and I will definitely stay with this company for a long while!

This is by far the best company to use for my emotional support animal. Wonderful customer **********************, and so very helpful with all my questions. I have referred this company to my friends, family and even strangers that asked me about my pet. You will not regret using US Service Animals LLC.

I placed an order online June 25th for the standard package to register my dog. Paid $93 and some change (I had a coupon code) and it said my order shipped on 07/01/24 through **** but no tracking info available. I reached out via chat and phone call to get an update and was told by one person would get an email from **** when it was picked up and another one told me there would be no tracking but should be here by 07/10/24. I have a **** dashboard so I can see what incoming packages and mail pieces I have. Nothing. I finally reached out again today to see what is going on and was told that my package had to be re-shipped as it should have been here by now. I told the agent that I felt this was not legitimate at this point due to the delay and that if I didn't receive my order by Monday I was going to dispute the charge with my card company. she responded "I already agreed it was supposed to arrive today which is why we are re-shipping there is no need to dispute the charge you can just ask us for a refund if it doesn't arrive by the 25th" I have the screenshots. I ended the chat with her and called back in at which point I was supposedly refunded so now I have to find an actual legit place to register my dog. At this point, if I could give 0 stars I would. Communication is horrible, lack of actual order updates is horrible and customer ********************** doesn't appear to be on the same page.

Personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and were prompt sending my *** letter in paper form because I didnt have a printer. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
