    I am not one to bash a company or write reviews but this NEEDS to be said about this company. It is horrible and if I could give it negative stars I would. The sales rep was more concerned about his bachelor party than taking care of clients. After getting my money and paperwork NOTHING was turned into the lenders for approval. My credit was not ran till 2 and a half weeks later after he gave my file to the owner whom he said could do a better job than him and he was leaving for his bachelor party. The owner ran my credit and did NOTHING else. My file was then given back to the original sales rep he continued to do NOTHING on my file. When I got fed up and demanded my money back he could not even be bothered to get that done. I would NEVER recommend Denham Springs Housing to my enemies!!!
