This company is a rip off! They came for a bi-annual maintenance check on my air conditioner, and all of a sudden my air conditioner stopped working. They create problems so that they can charge you to fix them!

Mrs. *****, I have reviewed your complaint and it appears you had a service issue and requested a technician service your system on 9/18/24. At that time, ****** advised your circuit board was in failure. You were given a quote and refused to move forward with repair and you refused to pay for the diagnostic. You called back on 10/17/24 requesting maintenance but had to pay the balance from prior visit. Once paid, the office scheduled your call and ***** came out on 10/22/24 in which the same diagnosis was given. You accused ***** of breaking your unit when it was clearly noted a month prior. We sincerely apologize for any incovenience you experience however, without the board being replaced, your system will not function properly.Barbara F

On 10/22/24 nothing was wrong with my unit. You were only supposed to be doing the 6 month preventative maintenance check on my unit. After you “looked” at the unit, nothing would turn on anymore. You claimed that the board failed, which was false. My unit was working fine prior to you messing with it. Nothing was ever wrong with the board. My unit turned on about 2 hours after you left. I called another company to look at my unit to see if you did any damage to my unit, and to see if anything was wrong with my board like you claimed. They informed me that absolutely nothing is wrong with my board or unit. When I had the initial problem with my unit on 9/18/24, you claimed that you temporarily wired the unit. That was also false. The unit still didn’t cool after you left that day. Someone else helped me figure out that only a switch needed to be flipped, and my unit worked fine after that. Your company is dishonest, taking advantage of people, and ripping people off. My board does not need to be replaced and my system is functioning properly no thanks to you!
