We paid for a awning to be put on our carport and the back of our home. We paid ***** in full on 8/6/2021. We notified him about an issue with the trim on the side. He stated he was aware of the issue and was ordering the trim to replace it. We also informed him that there was a leak in the carport coming from the awning over my vehicle. I sent him a text message on 8/21/21 to see if he had heard anything about when the trim was coming in. He responded to the text message saying he ordered it last week and should be about 2 weeks. I sent him another text on 9/2/21 to get an update, he responded saying he had ordered it but he had not checked on it yet. I sent another text on 9/27/21, and on 9/29/21 trying to get an update. I got no response. On Oct 1 at 8:57am I sent another text asking for an update. He responded that yes the trim was in but that he had not been to Lake Charles to pick it up. I asked when he would be able to come and replace the trim and look at the leak. He said he was in the Cut Off area and had bad reception. I text again on 10/7/21 to get update on when he was coming to replace trim. No response. I texted him on 10/11/21, 10/15/2110/16/21 and 10/19/21 trying to find out when he would be coming to replace the trim and look at the leak. I get no response. I have called and also left messages and emailed him and have not gotten any response. We just want the trim replaced and the leak fixed. We paid for the job in full. We have given him enough time to resolve this issued and he has failed to get it resolved.Customer response

I still have not heard back from Gautreaux's Handyman Service. He is still not answering or responding to any of my messages sent.
