I have been in discussions with Jim Olivier Home Improvement of Acadiana since 2020 about a kitchen window that had fogged up Mr. Kent came by looked at the window and took measurements. After several months with no action, I started keeping a record of correspondence with Mr Kent. In January of 2021 I was told he was still working on it. On 5/27/21 I called again and was told they no longer did business with the manufacturer, and he needed the numbers off the window because his files didn't show them. I located the numbers on the windows and texted them to him. On 7/19/2021 Mr. Kent stated he was waiting on the windowpane to be sent. On 8/20/2021 I spoke to Jo and explained my problem and asked to speak to Ms. Anna Olivier about the problem. Ms. Anna called me back on 8/21/2021 and said the problem was the original company that made the window was bought by another company and she was able to make contact with someone who would see about getting the window made. I spoke to Mr. Kent once since and was told they were going to be getting the glass to repair the window and Olivier's was getting a window tech to make the repair. As of today, I have not heard from them, another interesting fact that I was told was that my lifetime warrantied siding was no longer made so they will not be doing any repairs on it. This company may not be going anywhere but they do not stand behind their word or their warranties. Bottom line is you pay a premium price for nothing but lip service.
