Dropped my mower off to be repaired. The company dissolved my extended warranty for service rendering me unable to purchase another warranty. They also damaged my equipment and refused to repair what they damaged. My mower has less than 5 hours of run time on it and is practically brand new. By damaging the paint my mower belly will be compromised.

This lady dropped of her mower because the belt was broken. The belt is not covered under any warranty outside of the first 90 days of purchase. My guys attempted to help her when she arrived and were going to put a new belt on in the parking lot for her. When we noticed we didn't have a replacement belt in stock she had to leave the mower with us for repair. The mower was with for about 7 days while we waited for the belt to come in. At the time our regular turn around time was 14+ days. She called asking about her mower being ready and immediately starting cursing at my employees. Eventually she reached my wife and because cursing her because her mower had been there 7 days already. When the belt was received we replaced the old deck belt and found a small warranty issue with one of the transmissions so we repaired it under warranty. I contacted her personally to let her know her mower was ready for pickup and that we no longer wanted to do any business with her. I also notified her we were refunding her for her extended warranty she had purchased with us because it required her warranty work to be done at our stores. When she arrived she claimed we scratched her mower deck, pointing to a scratch on the deck which was about 1" long. My service manager let her know we had not done that. She was beligerent in the store and was asked to leave immediately with her mower. When she loaded the mower she actually hit both sides of the deck on her trailer by loading it angrily.
