    Ordered food on 10/26/22 at 12:34 PM (Transaction # 108252) by cashier ***. Order included 2 XL buckets pastalaya and 1 Medium potato salad - total cost paid up front $262.81. This was the primary food for my husbands birthday party on 10/29. It was due to be picked up at 4:00 PM on 10/29. When my son-in-law arrived to pick it up - it was not ready and then they informed him they didn't have enough pastalaya left for my order (despite this being ordered 3 days in advance). Instead of what I ordered - they could only provide (1) Large bucket and (1) Medium Bucket. I immediately reached out to the store and requested to speak with a manager - of which they said was not there but they would have him/her call me back immediately. The manager never called me. On Monday 10/31 still no call back. I emailed the corporate office twice and left 2 voicemails with corporate office - no response. Monday night I reached out on instagram and someone responded from the company saying they would have corporate contact me. I left another voicemail and email on Tuesday 11/1 and still no response. The person on instragram stated "I got in touch with headquarters - they are working on it" - this was at 10:54 on 11/1. It is now 11/2 and no one from this company has reached out to me. Horrible customer service/follow-up

    This is the owner ***** ***********. I spoke to ***** and issued an apology as well as full refund. So the issue is resolved.
