I put down $2,800.00 on a 2016 Mazda 6 Isport on December 7,2021. Not even a couple of weeks later, the cars engine was failing, the engine coolant temperature sensor was bad and the car was running hot but the cap on the radiator was still cold. Our dealer was **** ****, and when I explained to him the problems all he told me was to take it to another shop because it had a 2 year warranty on the car. I texted and texted until they got my car into their shop because they sold me the car assuring that there was NO problems only dents in the hood from hurricane Ida. They got the car into their shop and claimed they put a "new" used motor in with 80,000 miles on it. The car was fine for about 5-6 months but when it started to get cold outside again,(10/01/2022) the engine light came back on again and all the same problems before were happening again to the car. The engine coolant temperature sensor was so rusty and was tough to get out of the engine to be replaced theirs no way that it was even replaced. I've asked for a receipt of the engine never got one. I've asked to trade in and it just keeps getting brushed off. I went to the auto lot Monday, and was told that there was no more warranty on the car because it was over 24,000 miles. Mind you i was never shown a car fax or even told about a 24,000 miles warranty only "the car has a 2 year warranty so y'all are good". (from **** ****). I called the auto lot to speak with somebody in charge and was told basically they can't do anything about it because theirs no warranty. Mind you again, when i first bought the car, i was having engine problems so I should have been traded in or even reimbursed. They are very manipulative and just brushes problems off and not even trying to help anybody. I have messages of me telling him all the problems and him doing absolutely nothing. The reviews on Yelp, and even Google say the same thing. These people are terrible at business and should not own or even work at a car lot. It's sad
