    I brought a 2014 ******* Santa on February 23, 2024. The car engine had leaked oil and leaked oil until the engine went completely out. On March 24, 2024 the dealership came and got the car and now its still sitting and he doesnt want to pay to get it fixed nor give me a refund. I havent had the car a full 30 days before it did what it did and he was aware that the oil was leaking . I had received oil change from take 5 and still the engine went out.

    My company was not aware of an engine leak. We are a used dealer and sell cars AS-IS NO WARRANTY and this information is relayed to the customer at sale and is on the Bill of Sale signed by the customer. When the customer made us aware of her issue we as a courtesy had the vehicle towed to the dealership to have the vehicle diagnosed. We then proceeded to assist the customer to have vehicle repaired. The issue has been fully resolved and the vehicle has *** returned to the customer.
