I am guessing this company has changed owners since the previous reviews , Let me tell you about the horrid experience our entire subdivision has had with RPM . To start our HOA was inactive 400/403 homeowners had not paid dues since we had been robbed by previous board , payments being made but not credited so on so forth. No one knew even who to pay after this I mailed a payment to ******** because that was the last information I received on who was handling it we come to find out after a lien had been placed on our home that we have a company called RPM , not once did we receive any notification from anyone on this company nor that they hired a jack legged company called ******** *** *** as a collection agency who never contacted us but yet acting as a law firm that is not registered with the Louisiana state Bar Association placed a lien on over 200 homes with in a few months with out notifying them. the 135.00 for the yearly " assessment fee " so the ACC ( non existent ) can assess property monthly is now at over 1300.00. They illegally placed liens and now that the whole subdivision knows what they have done they are refusing for us to see contracts and refusing us to Pay this years dues that are due May 1st. They saw an opportunity to rob people of their homes and money during a broken economy and financial hard times for many and that is exactly what they are trying to do . this is by far the worst company there is . I would not hire them to manage a sewage ditch much less actual peoples property's .

The ownership at RPM has always been the same.  When we took over your neighborhood there were only 3 owners who were current on their HOA dues and within a year we were able to get over 75% of the owners current with their HOA dues.  That said, there were a few folks who didn't respond to the numerous letters we sent and the board then decided to turn those owners over to a collections agency.  Once that happened it was unfortunately out of our hands.  If you'd like to discuss this matter further, I invite you to call the office and ask for me directly.
