My Son, ***** is a quadriplegic. I bought a wheelchair for him from National Seating and Mobility almost 5 years ago. Its been two months now since I ordered a battery charger and battery for Steves wheelchair. the current ones were broken. When I ordered them I thought they had placed the order. But then about after a month with no word I found out they were waiting for his insurance to approve it. ******************* Advantage approved it. I thought it would be done quickly once approved. The insurance kindly faxed them a second approval. I found out they are still waiting for ******** which by the way is *******************. Meanwhile, my quadriplegic son has a wheelchair that wont work. I have been able to charge it with a rubber band but it is tricky and sometimes it doesnt work. This business is National Seating and Mobility in Harahan. I have received No phone calls, only a text message that states they are waiting on insurance, to give us updates during the entire time. When I did call they got huffy and will not answer the phone. I tried to explain it is approved. ********** has also filed a complaint on my behalf. The sales department has not even returned my calls. They sure did when I was buying the chair. I worry that if i cancel the order, I will have to pay the new year deductible which is ******** again.Thanks for listening. I hope you can helpCustomer response

I received a denial letter from the department of health on the request at National Seating. The reason for the denial is that they summited the **** to ********, not ********* The date of the request was December 20th, over a month after we ordered the parts. I went to the website that shows where we are with the order is still
Posting they are waiting for insurance. I called and told them it was approved and they refuse to order the parts. I dont know if you need this documentation but thought it would not hurt to send it.
