On January ****** a technicaln came out from this company authorized by Home Warranty of America my washer machine was disassembled by the Tec I was told that it could not be repaired places were needed I asked him was he out the machine back together he stated no because he would have to take it apart again the claim was denied now I have washer with a parts all over the place I believe the Tec destroyed by machine and may false statements to HWA causing denial of the claim I do have pictures to show he was contacted to come back but stated he has to be paid to put the washer back together Im think I have been done wrong.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity you gave me to speak on this incredible subject.
Indeed, I am the owner of Leolin Technologies and Services and also a technician when my workforce is very busy. So, I personally visited this woman for the diagnosis and repair of the washing machine on 01/07/2025 at exactly 8:45 AM
During my diagnosis, it appeared that the machine had suffered enormous depreciation both in its appearance and in use. The door being stuck is due to the fact that the user abuses the machine when closing the door (Slam), a strong appearance of rust on the machine indicates bad and abuse of bleach at the level soap dispenser. and finally the information concerning the machine which is illegible because we need the model of the machine to order the parts necessary for the repair.
Thus, after several years of experience, devices with readability problems of machine information are not covered by the insurer and also rust problems as a result.

After the insurer rejected the repair, the lady contacted me to come and put the device back as I had found it before my diagnosis, something which I agreed to do but then at one point in the telephone conversation she became very aggressive towards me and I simply told him to call the insurance for this purpose.Three days ago I had a phone call with a company insurance representative for this case and I told her about the telephone exchange with the lady and my conclusion was that I did not feel safe to go to this woman's house to work because she has a hostile temperament

This man was assigned to repair my 12 year old washing machine from ***- Home warranty of America. He said that the suspension rod was not covered because I overloaded the washing machine and it wasnt normal wear and tear. What he failed to realize is that my ******* washing machine has overload protection including a sensor that weighs the load to determine the load size. If the washer is overloaded it will give you a code and SHUT DOWN to prevent damage. The machine wont run! How is this uneducated man going to ASSUME that I overloaded my machine.. he has no facts to back up anything but the home warranty defends his word as if its golden. Now I paid my $100 service fee and receive nothing. They refuse to provide me with the diagnosis or written documentation stating why my claim has been denied. It seems as though they are just in business of collecting $100 service fees for 10 minutes of their time. Bad, bad business. I want my washing machine repaired or replaced, or the money to do so myself.Customer Answer

*********** a fraud and a liar. He scheduled an appointment though my warranty company Choice Warranty to come and check on my not cooling refrigerator for September 24, 2024 during the hours of 7-11 he shows up at 10:52am in a white T-shirt fatigue shorts and sandals and barely any tools to my problem with my fridge. He began stating that he has been ***ling me and I have not been answering. I stated to him that I have been ***ling him for over a week to see if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment as my fridge has been broken for weeks now and I have lost over $700 worth of food. I stated that everytime I ***led his mail box was full and I could not leave a message. He replied I do not answer ***ls that are not logged/saved in my phone. I stated you have a business how would my number be logged or saved to you phone if I am a customer. He was not happy about this yet proceeded to go over to my fridge and see what was the problem. I have a ******* 3 door fridge French doors for the top fridge and a sliding bucket freezer at the bottom. He opened the bottom freezer which was still freezing my food took out the baskets and looked in the back and saw ice freezing the coils. He says this is your problem. He replaces the baskets gets up off the floor. Comes over to me and says you will be receiving 3 boxs/packages the blower fan, thermostat and another item I do not remember the name something coil once I receive them *** him and he will return to replace the parts and the ridge will be fine. He also stated that this always happens to this model ridge he sees this often. He then rudely said I have to pay $85 and he needs that now. I took out my credit card yet he had no terminal for me to process then shows me his phone takes the payment and leaves. I do not hear from him anymore he send an diagnosis to choice warranty stating that my gasket and door assembly was broken and that is why the refrigerator is not working. front load washer dispenser not dispensing detergent, fabric softener, etc. ***************** 8/12. appt set for 8/13 between 7am-6pm but technician cancelled mid day after i took entire day off work. choice wanted to reschedule on 8./28 but that not acceptable to me. another appt with a different tech on 8/16- LEOLIN TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES LLC. Washer only 5 years old. If, in fact, the dispenser is broken it could only be from "normal wear and tear." TWO WEEKS later tech finally sends diagnosis after my requests to him by calls, emails and texts. Technician told me if after he dislodged the dispenser and washed it make sure it wasnt clogged, the next step was cleaning out the line behind the washer cover. Either the technician is not skilled enough to make the repair or does NOT want to spend the time to make the repair of CHOICE is just plain fradulent!!! Actually, ALL THREE SCENARIOS are likely true. WARRANTY COMPANY denying claim. Bad faith, fraud and misrepresentation by both TECHNICIAN and CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. I paid him money to order parts to repair washer. **************** paid for a new washer and he will not return the $200 I paid him to purchase parts. I call and first he had Covid, then he was in Cal and now hes in Africa for a family emergency!Customer Answer
