    We hired Gotcha Covered in the summer of 2021 to build us a back patio and insulated patio cover. Everything seemed fine, until a year later when the cover started visibly leaking. We called and emailed multiple times over a year ago with NO response to attempt to have them come out and fix the issue. After attempting to reach them one last time a few months ago, we ended up having to hire another company to fix it and came to find out that the patio roof was barely hanging on by only THREE screws. Therefore, damage had been wracking up from before we even noticed the leak, which resulted in a much more expensive job to fix it. We have yet to hear back from them to this day. The communication is obviously lacking and the craftsmanship was poor.
