    Sold what was advertised to be refurbished washer and dryer with a 30 day warranty to my young son. Have had appliances less than 30 days. Washer leaked water on floor since first use, dryer now isn't working either. Washer has cracked drum which costs more to fix than what was paid for it. Company will not honor warranty without first paying them more money. Paid $400 for the pair. Company blocks telephone number after filing complaint.

    Washer and dryer were in working condition at time of purchase. Washer was hooked up and had just been run right before customer pickup with no issues. Washer and dryer were hauled away on a small trailer from lafayette to new iberia, LA by the customer. It was explained to the customer that it could potentially cause harm to either appliance. Washer and dryer were purchased with a 30 day in shop repair warranty. If we come out to customer location a $75 service call fee is due and the parts and further labor or free. If they bring the appliance back it costs nothing to repair. Even though it was advised against hauling the appliances away on the trailer we were still going to honor the warranty. This was not enough to please the customer.

    I reject this respinse. We do not have multiple complaints. There is more than one appliance repair business with this name as well. We have 4.9 stars out of 91 reviews. On marketplace which is the only place we have ever sold anything on. Customer knew this or they wouldn't have contacted us to purchase a washer and dryer. It was mentioned from the son who bought the washer and dryer. The actual customer who bought the washer and dryer was informed that it is not a good idea to travel with a washer and dryer on a trailer 45 minutes away. Customer chose to do it anyway. There is a lot of bouncing up and down on a trailer and a cracked tub on a washer would be caused by such carelessness. I am a very small business and also cannot afford to have someone haul a washer away, Crack the tub and expect a refund especially after being warned if the possible outcome.

    I am rejecting this response because: Discovered washer has a broken seal also after being looked at by someone else. Refund of $200 and return of junk washer is the only acceptable course of action.
