5 starsWhen my water heater broke during the night, we woke up to 5 rooms with water. The water was pretty high in some of the rooms. My daughter called Dry Pro & the truck with all the supplies arrived at my house in 20 min. on a Sunday morning around 8:00. The vacuum machines were drawing out the water & when that was done, the commercial fans were blowing in all of the rooms. Then baseboards were taken off & holes were drilled in all of the sheetrock where the baseboards had been so the fans would dry out inside of the walls. The fans remained at my house for about 8 days drying everything up. ******, the owner, came everyday to check everything out. He was very nice & very efficient! ****** is completely unprofessional and a terrible person to hire for any work. He fabricates things to make the issue seem much worse and can never give you a straight answer. He routinely threatens to quit and makes demands, which is comical as he is being hired to do a job. AVOID this company and ******. You will save yourself an immense headache and waste of time.
