    This business installed a new air conditioning unit in my home in 11/22. On July 3, 2024 the unit leaked and ruined a bedroom ceiling. The emergency system for water flow did not work as promised. They came out July 8th and apparently fixed the system, but then the water flowed out of the emergency overflow system to outside of the house as it is supposed to do when the system is clogged, however, they had just blown out the system two days prior.We feel that the company is responsible for the leak into the bedroom since the system was faulty from the time of installation. Correspondence with the company has produced no help and they have stopped communicating with us.
