    I am filing the complaint because refuses to refund my deposit of $1,800.00.  I was told their supplier will not take back the supplies because it was a custom order.  However, I wanted a basic chainlink fence replaced.  They are advising I need to wait as soon as they can refund me or at the end of the month.

    Ms. ******* cancelled once we arrived on job site with material. She did not have the decency to even speak with our crew, just said refund and walked back inside. 

    I have explained to Ms ******* that I will be refunding the entire amount and the company will take the loss of her material cost. I just needed a little time to get her deposit together. 

    Refund will be mailed to her in ***** as she wishes on August 23rd.
