My truck was dropped off on December 5, 2023 and I did not get my truck back until January 4, 2024. Contacted June to see if any loaners were available, I was told no, there were none. I was initially told that a starter and battery cables were needed, agreed to maintenance. Then told that a wire and fuel pump was needed. The fuel pump would be there the following week. It took almost three weeks for the part, still no loaner. Once the truck was complete, was contacted that the battery was dead and was told a new one needed to be purchased. Advised June that it was a brand new battery and they should be able to charge it, the truck had been sitting almost a month. I was told I can either purchase one from Best or pick the one up and bring it back to where it was purchased and get a new one. They did not even offer to charge or replace it. Again, my truck is down and I'm borrowing automobiles to be able to work and get around. Finally the day I was to pick up the truck, I was told that the back passenger blinker was not working and needed a bulb. Purchased a bulb from best and had my mechanic change it and check the fuses. The problem was not the $20 bulb, nor fuses. My mechanic stated that it is likely when changing the fuel pump that the turn signal wire could have been pinched or severed. Contacted June to discuss and she was to have a manager call. Still no call. Also went up to the office and waited almost an hour and still was not able to see the manager because he was "at lunch". I am awaiting a call as this need to be fixed. The turn signal was working when the truck was brought in to your shop. This need to be rectified/fixed.Business Response

When we discussed this concern with ******* *******, Service Manager, he was very aware of this customer concern. He stated that he has tried to call ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### multiple times. He said he would call again shortly.
However, the vehicle in question has had a few rear accidents in the past. He said that there was no possible way the tail lamp repair that was/is needed would be due to the work we have done on this vehicle.

The tail light was working when the truck was brought into the facility. No one tried contacting either one of the numbers. There are NO VOICEMAILS from the manager, however there was a voicemail 01/05/20241 from sales wanting to know if I was interested in trading the truck in for a new or newer use automobile. No one tried contacting either phone. I can upload a copy of my call logs. There are no missed calls. I would like for them to fix what they messed up. The light was working when the truck came into their shop.

This vehicle was towed in on a wrecker. Before any repairs were performed on this vehicle, the technician notated that the right rear blinker was INOP. The customer was called, given an estimate including the blinker bulb replacement. The customer declined the bulb replacement. Our technician installed a fuel pump and a starter. The customer said he was going to have someone else take care of the tail lamp.
We have not physically seen the wire repair in question. We will inspect the wiring and blinker, if the customer returns to the dealership. However that being said, we did not perform and work in the rear bumper area of this vehicle and do not feel responsible.

Will bring in the truck to be checked. However, though the truck was towed, the lights still worked because the battery was new. The key turned, but the starter was not turning over. To make a statement that the truck was towed, doesn't mean the lights were not working. It was a new battery and the starter was jamming, per best chevrolet documentation. Not only was a new starter and fuel pumped changed, the positive/negative battery cables were replaced as well as the level sensor for the fuel pump. The R/R blinker bulb was noted to not work AFTER all the named above issues was fixed and after the mechanic test drove the truck. A bulb was purchased from Best Chevrolet and changed. Still the blinker is inoperable.

I took my car to best Chevrolet on October 26 due to the service engine light coming on. I was given a long list of items that needed to be repaired on my vehicle and I agreed to have the repairs done because whos better to do the repairs than the dealership themselves right, wrong. I have had to return my car to this dealership a total of 6 times in less than 45 days because of brakes. The brakes never made a squeal or a squeak before but since having them change the brake pads and the rotors it has been a nightmare. My suv now sounds like a school bus when the brakes are applied. I was told by the service parts manager that he was unaware that he needed to have the windows down to hear the brakes squeaking and grinding (metal on metal) and also that the kit was defected that was used for my vehicle. I have reached out to gm customer service and only received an offer for a $100 service credit as if I would allow these ppl to touch my vehicle again. The customer service is horrible and most of the staff including management are incompetent. I have begged for a refund so that I can take my vehicle somewhere else to be fixed and just keep being told that they dont offer refunds. At this point I feel as tho I have been scammed after paying almost $1700 and receiving my vehicle in worst conditions than it originally was, I do not recommend this dealership for anything. I ordered a new 23 Colorado ZR2 the truck was to be there in a week, they said after waiting four weeks it finally came in after a payment was do, the dealer ship said to make the payment and they would cut me a check for the amount. Do to i did have the truck yet. *** in Finance. Sense then i have picked up my new truck but they havent held up there end on paying me the check the promised. its been 4 week i have called the sales person and *** have left messages multiple times with both and *** never calls back i did take to the sale person but no results there ether. ** 2018 I sold my car to the dealership and bought a new vehicle ***** Tahoe. Since then iv purchased another vehicle and while renewing my Driver's license I was informed that ********************** never turned in plate causing my license to get flagged for no insurance. I went to Best Chevrolet on 5/17 to get a copy of paper work showing they purchased vehiclebto present to DMV but gentleman from Finance stated he would have to get with used car sale manager to find. I later followed up with Dealership whom stated he didn't find it but can if he has the Vin #. I provided it to and receptionist **** and was told they would follow up with me. On **** I attempted to call the dealership at least 3 times, in the morning around noon and again at 2pm. No one has made an attempt to get back with me to rectify the issue that this Dealership has caused placing me in a position to get a ticket or worse if I'm pulled over.Business Response

After a thorough investigation and tremendous amount of research, we have determined that the 2018 ****** Altima ************ is speaking of was not traded into or purchased by Best Chevrolet.
Our Data Base has no record of VIN:***************** in our DMS data base.
The 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe VIN: ***************** that ************ is referencing was purchased by a different individual with no Trade-In.
Best Chevrolet has gone above and beyond trying to assist in the resolution of this matter.

On December 17, 2022, arrived at the above mentioned dealership to have my 2009 Yukon repaired after not being able to put gas in the tank at the regular rate without the gas coming out. In addition to the engine light coming on and the tighten gas cap warning. I arrived early and was assisted by ***************************, who diagnosed my vehicle, then later indicated to me that charcoal exploded in my fuel tank and it would take eight hours to repair. I agreed to have the work repaired. At about 12 p.m., *******, my advisor came into the service reception area and indicated to me that my vehicle was ready, due to the mechanic/former GMC instructor, having an assistant, which allowed them to complete my service earlier. I paid for the service, as I was assured by the mechanic that I was good to go and put gas in it. Total cost $1514.62 Fast forward on December the 24th, , my engine light came on again. I immediately contacted my service agent/******* at Best, to bring my vehicle in again, and was told that they could not take anymore vehicles for the day, nor was there any loaners available. She also indicated that the next day of business for the dealership would be on December 26, 2022. Due to the condition of my vehicle, I was not able to travel home for Christmas. On December 26, 2022, I brought my vehicle back to the dealership to my advisor/*******, who then indicated to me that I would once again be charged another diagnostic fee. Three hours later the vehicle was supposedly ready, I paid the total of $201.54. Only this time, they had listed several other issues, that were not mentioned before regarding my vehicle. At this point, I was skeptical as to why the first diagnostic did not reveal any of these other issues. Fast forwarded again, January 2023, the engine light and the tighten gas indicator on the dashboard is on again. I want my vehicle repaired correctly.Business Response

Brand new 2023 vehicle ordered on August 11, 2022. Best Chevrolet confirmed the vehicle was already produced and in transit.Arrived at the dealership on Tuesday September 13, a month later (picture provided by salesperson and no explanation provided by Best Chevrolet about that 4-week transit). Vehicle purchased on Wednesday September 14. Mentioning back home to Best Chevrolet the Wheel looks were missing. New trip to the dealership for installation. Noticing on Saturday September 17th the rear camera mirror is defective and not working. Cargo mats are not properly installed and are not secured. No assistance and no walk around were provided when the vehicle was released after the keys were given. A very bad start for a very expensive vehicle. A very poor management of a not professional sale. The defective camera won't be fixed in a timely manner as part orders are experiencing heavy delays. Impossible to trust Chevrolet anymore. Impossible to trust a car maker and a dealership that don't guarantee the integrity of a high-end brand-new vehicle and force a returning customer to go back and forth between the service department and home on a daily basis right after buying a $85,000 vehicle. Not acceptable and extremely disappointing. Finally, reviewing the previous complains and Best Chevrolet rating, this is not a real surprise.Business Response

***************************** (service manager) and ************************* (sales manager) have been in communication with this guest. Unfortunately,the transportation of the vehicle from the factory and port are sometimes difficult to control. We try to comminicate and keep our guests informed. As soon as the vehicle arrived, we rushed to get it to our guest as fast as possible. In hindsight, perhaps we should have taken more time to inspect and go over all of the features and benefits with our customer. The wheel locks that were not available at time of delivery have been installed. The Camera has been plugged in and is operating as intended. We are currently waiting on a module to arrive that will correct the running board light not working. We are sorry for the inconvenience of these items, and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

****************************************Unfortunately Best Chevrolet doesn't provide a transparent timeframe for that new repair. We never received a repair order for the 3 jobs that were performed at the dealership. We never received a call or an email trying to explain the 4 weeks delay related to the delivery or any attempt to give ********* about the different issues. The cargo mats poor design not holding in place won't be fixed. The amount of time to get the "module" that will possibly fix the current issue is not specified when manufacturers are suffering from heavy delays due to parts and chips shortage. That repair could last much longer than expected. No answer from the dealership managers has been made after we sent 8 different emails. We cannot enjoy our vehicle. Best Chevrolet cannot guarantee a permanent fix or any other possible issue considering 4 issues in just one week. All of those issues should have been addressed at the manufacturer assembly line inspection then before delivery at the dealership. A walk around was not performed. That process could have identified those issues. Our trust in that vehicle has been compromised.

A GAP refund was issued to best Chevrolet but Best Chevolet sent a check by mail to me that bounced in the amount of $1200 the refund, also the refund was supposed to be $2400 My bank retract the money from my account
