      May 26th was date of the transaction, for the 2004 Jeep Grand chreerokee.***************** is the Vin number.I purchased this vehicle from a place called jefferson autoplex. That's a long airline hwy in kenner, ********** The dealer's name is ****. He has this one mechanic. I don't know his name throughout the entire process.He promised that the **** had a brand new engine and everything within it was refurbished. Even the odometer wasn't reading right because the engine was brand new. He had me sign on to a few warranties on top of getting car insurance and gave me a number to a lady name ms. ******* He said this warranty stated that anything that was to transpire within said vehicle was to be brought back to his dealership. So that way, it can be fixed if I were to bring it to any other shop, then I'll be breaking the warranty, thus having my vehicle towed by him. The paperwork itself is very shoddy. Despite the fact that all the words among that contract was fading off from the paper itself. The down payment for the vehicle was 1500, with a monthly payment of 386. Within a span of 5 months. The truck itself began to rattle violently and shake, while I was driving to work early morning. I was scared for my life in the middle of the interstate, I managed to get nearby a *******, parked there to lift the hood to see what was going on. At first I figured that I might have needed an oil change at that point, which I believe didn't really need it, because he said he gave it an oil change before I even got the truck in general. When I decide to top it off with a little bit more oil from ******** I cranked the vehicle and it leaked everything that was within the ********* turned out to be oil and gas gas flooded the engine itself. When I had a mechanic, check it out, he said. If you were to start this truck again, it would have exploded. He made it sit there for 3 weeks refusing to get it after countless calls. Ms. ****** doing the same, dodging my calls.

      On October 6th I purchased a used 2013 Mecedes-Benz C250 from the used car lot listed. After driving it for 8 days it was bellowing out thick white smoke from engine. When I purchased the I was told by the dealorship that I would have a 6 month warranty. After contacting them over the course of 4 days about honoring the warranty they delayed speaking to me and then blocked my number.

      September 28, 2022, I purchased a vehicle from Jefferson *********** ***********************. I paid $1700 for the vehicle and was told that the vehicle was in great running condition with the exception of a minor noise that decends after a few seconds on startup. I test drove the vehicle and I had no problems. The reason for the dispute is that Jefferson ********** knowingly sold me a vehicle that wasn't in road ready condition. Less than 30 minutes from leaving the car lot, the cars undercarriage stated to spark a fire and I was forced to pull over and exit the vehicle. I contacted Jefferson ********** and informed them of the situation and they basically said that they were not taking the vehicle back. I had to get the car towed to my home where it was no longer running. I continued to try to contact Jefferson ********** but the refused to take the car back and refund me or give me another vehicle. I had my children in the car with me and I feared for our safety. They harassed me the entire time I was on the car lot, they rushed me to purchase the vehicle. I feel manipulated, confused, bullied, depressed and vulnerable. They took advantage of my situation and forced me to buy the vehicle. I was told that they don't have a mechanic and therefore they have no idea what issues come with the vehicle. They refused to allow my mechanic to look at it and they confused me with the price of the vehicle. Now, I have no transportation and no funds to purchase another one because I saved for several months to purchase the vehicle from them. The falsified information, and I have tried to reach out to them several times and they refused to resolve the problem. I am frustrated and exhausted. I tried to contact the manager and the owner of the dealership and still no response. The *** NUMBER IS KMHFC46F76069447. THE Title number is B7654841. The dealer is *************************.
