    Review of Property Management Services: I have been a tenant since 2023, and my experience with this property has been marked by ongoing issues with maintenance and management that have severely impacted my quality of life and safety. In 2023, I reported serious harassment from a former employee, which escalated to a legal case. Despite the employee admitting fault, I faced what I believe was retaliation, including restricted access to the property and consistent neglect of my maintenance requests. Since July 2024, I have dealt with extreme humidity in my apartment, leading to mold growth and damage to my belongings, as well as worsening health conditions. I have submitted numerous work orders regarding these issues, yet the management team has largely ignored my communications. I have been forced to consider purchasing a dehumidifier due to the ongoing neglect, which has contributed to skyrocketing utility bills. When management has communicated, their responses have often been unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, my concerns continue to be disregarded, compelling me to consider legal action to protect my tenant rights. This property’s management has demonstrated neglect and unresponsiveness, creating an inhospitable living environment. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

    I live in signal apartments in atlanta. its one of alpha management partners building. I like my apartment, inside is very nice, designed very good. Big parking lot, gated community, neighbors are okay but they are making DISCRIMINATION againts me and I feel very upset for the things below. Maintenance employees gets in the apartments without certain appointments for inspection. they gave you 3 days time frame and you dont know what time they will come for inspection. they get in my apartment while I am in the bathroom and I was trying to tell them I am coming to open the door while they are nocking it. They opened the door and get inside in 15-20 seconds before I open the door for them. I told them this is not the correct way to do an inspection, I told them you can not get in my apartment that easy. You need to respect my privacy. This is not an hotel. And they said this is not an house, they can get in whenever they want. it was very rude. This is crazy for privacy. The discrimation against me started right after this issue. Next day I went thru the leasing office and I was complaining about what happened during inspection last day. I was telling my feedback to the leasing agent and the maintenance employee his name start with F. walk thru me very rudely and he was talking to me very high voice. That was the rudest thing that I have ever seen while I am trying to tell my feedback to another person. After all this they are not picking up trash. They say maintenance reject to pick up my trash. I called the management office and mentioned whats going on they told me they are aware of the situation and did not give me any solution. I pay 50$ for valet trash service and they reject servicing me but they still charging me for the valet service. I lived different apartments at another states. signal apartment has the worst maintenance schedule and worst maintenance disipline..

    The Dylan at Fairburn/Alpha Management Partners supports/protects their staff who sexually harass & stalk their tenant because he was rejected. His conduct following being rejected appeared as obsessed, grotesquely & disturbingly persistent! Jimmie Miller’s unhinged actions had me so distressed that I alternated the times that I would go outside, and/or walk my dog just to avoid seeing him because of how uneasy he made me feel. Due to this, I sought a Temporary Protective Order in hopes to finally end this nightmare! Unfortunately, TPO was dismissed. Either way, Jimmie was never released from his position following employer being notified of his unapt behavior prior to seeking TPO. He’s also targeted another resident to my knowledge. This injustice has afforded Jimmie the notion to maintain his domineering, insidious, cunning & stealth demeanor. Those numerous incidents forced me to invest in this Ring Camera due to how unsettling & unsafe I began to feel following his erratic behavior that ensued after this bizarre “mopping” disturbance. Sharing here so that any current or future residents are aware of the temperament of this staff member. I posted more details online. PLEASE BEWARE!
