No stars This message is to the owner of this company. I went into the store located in Lafayette in December on three different occasions. My wife and I picked out the one we wanted and put half down. We were told they would notify of a week or so in advance. Around the first week of Jan I received a text asking to confirm the granite which I did. I asked at that time when to expect installation. I was told they were working on the schedule. Two weeks later I called about the status of the installation and was told it would be 24 Jan. On 18 Jan I received a text asking me to confirm the granite again. I called spoke to someone and confirmed both over the phone and text. I at that time confirmed the installation would take place on 24 Jan. In the meantime I removed my old countertop, sink and cooktop in anticipation for the installation Monday morning. On Monday morning around 0910 I called the office and was told that it was moved to Wednesday 26 Jan. No one contacted me about the change. I was told the store in Lafayette did not have the granite onsite and it would come from Baton Rouge or Lake Charles. An individual came from the store to remeasure and I confirmed it would be Wednesday and I would not have any problems. Today 25 Jan at 4:41 PM I received a text asking me to choose another granite. I spoke to the store and was told they did not have enough on hand of the one we chose. With all this said. My issue is I picked out and paid over a month ago and for them to tell me they don't have it is not acceptable. The individual I spoke did not have any regard to my issue and was very discerning. Not sure how you run a business like this but you can be assured I will get the word out. A very unhappy customer. In the meantime I have to go out and get another company, hopefully can do it very soon. I currently don't have a sink or stove. I personally would like to speak to the owner if they have any regards to satisfying their customer.
