They placed to collection on our credit report that we called them multiple times and told them was an erroneous insurance claim that had not been paid by the insurance company. It took us 18 months to finally get the insurance company to pay but in the meantime the collection is still placed on our report. My real problem starts there after we provided them explanation of benefits and they agreed that it had been paid the collection remains on our report. Very quick to put it on absolutely impossible to work with to get it off it has caused us multiple problems on so many levels. Businesses like this should be held accountable for removal of derogatory remarks when they have proof they are paid it's been a month now.

The original creditor notified us about the payment on 3/27/24. We did a credit reporting on 4/1/24. This should no longer be on customers credit report. I will send an electronic request to all credit reporting agencies today asking them to remove this item from customers credit record. Please allow one week for all credit reporting agencies to process our request for deletion.Review fromDaniel W

LRS told me they were collecting a debt for west cal cam hospital. They said the part I needed to pay was $75.xx. I said take out $41.50 one month and the remainder next month. They hit my bank today for the second $41.50 payment. It's in overdraft....Could they cancel this and acknowledge it was wrong?? ****** *******. Dequincy LA ****** StLouisiana Recovery Services, Inc.

According to my records, we only ran 2 check payments of 41.50. You told us to run on 6/29 and 7/29. We were late in running each check, but we only ran 2 checks.
