Rachelle is very rude and disrespectful. She is taking on the rental property of my landlord Josh ********. I told her that he has failed to do repairs and the house has had no heat for 5 years. There are no smoke detectors in the home. The only heating is on an air conditioner unit and that is the heat that’s expected to keep us warm during winter. The water runs brown in the bathroom, they have nails coming up the floor in the bathroom causing my kids to cut they foot when getting out the shower. For these companies to be allowed and get away with low quality housing at the prices and rates they do is unacceptable. She was made aware of the maintenance issues. He is now kicking me out the home by November 30 and I have to pay $750 with the maintenance issues. I told Josh about these issues in April and May. We are now in October.

If you ever do business with this company, be sure to fully document EVERYTHING and take pictures, even if it's something someone on their team points out while showing you the place. Me being new to the rental world, I didn't take pictures of or document damages that were pointed out to me while I was being shown the place. But I didn't know I needed to since it was pointed out to me. I trusted them when I shouldn't have. That was my fault. Now, one year later, the realtor who showed me the place doesn't remember that conversation while showing me around and now I'm out $650 of my deposit. I've never in my life felt so cheated and belittled as a person. I made contact the same day to try and get a resolution. There was almost no communication back and I began to feel like this was done intentional and I'm being ignored. I called more than 10 times over a month. I got no answer every time, left voicemails, but received no call back. I sent a text and received one text back that said I'll be called later that day. I received no phone call. Now, 32 days later after it all began, someone calls who I've never spoken with or heard from before and tell me it's not in their records so I'm stuck. This is wrong in so many ways. I felt like they took advantage of a me. Trusting fake smiles and handshakes is what got me here. This is a $650 lesson I had to learn the hard way. But I will never do business with BG Realty and be sure to follow up with more action. $650 is too much money to accept a loss from when I know I'm 100% correct and did not cause those damages.
