Our A/C quit working on a Saturday and I called SRC Air. The person at the answering service was extremely nice. He gathered my information to contact the technician on call. I received a all in a matter of minutes from the technician to discuss the A/C briefly. He was here within the hour of me initially contacting them. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was super nice, explaining the details of what he found wrong, and why it happened. Thank goodness it was a somewhat minor issue and a quick fix. We are very pleased with the service we have gotten from SCR Air since we started using them about 6 yrs ago. I can honestly say when we have had to call SCR Air, they made our unpleasant experience of our A/C breaking a little easier to deal with due to their A+ customer service and skilled technicians. Thanks SCR Air for getting us "cooled off" again!!!

We have used SRC-AIR for the last 6-7 years with our two different homes. We utilized the business for regular maintenance, repairs, filters, and installation of specialized equipment to help clean our air more than normal. This was a game changer for our son with asthma and myself, who was getting regular migraines. We appreciated Tanner and his workers for being so quick and prompt when we have a need. They were also accessible to answer questions about what our units needs during major freezes. Tanner is one of most honest and knowledgeable owners of a business we have come into contact with. I always recommend SRC-AIR because they are just that trusted company of Acadiana! Not sure how far they service but we’ve used them in two different city’s and will continue using them!SRC Air - A/C & Heating Response

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and attentive is how I described SRC AIR! We use them regularly for maintenance on our unit. If you need new unit, maintenance, or have an issue in the middle of the night…I highly recommend calling SRC AIR!SRC Air - A/C & Heating Response

Contacted SRC Air as my upstairs unit wasn't blowing cool air. The first visit was a quick fix, but they knew it was just a matter of time, as the unit was likely 20 years old. After reviewing the attic (because I complained about damp musty smell), they found very old fiber duct work, that held moisture, as well as the odor) Even though I could have just replaced the unit and kept the smell, they offered 2 mini splits on my exterior walls. These were much more efficient, and cost effective! Now, I have extra square footage in my home (removed the old duct work) as well as extra storage! Until they explained the 'mini split' version, we had never even heard of them! Great service and products ... Highly Recommend!SRC Air - A/C & Heating Response

My AC went out in the middle of July and a friend of mine referred SRC Air to me. They were very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and cost efficient. The technician stayed for a while after the installation of my outside unit and went over everything with me. A few years later my blower motor in the attic went out, so I called them again, and they were there the next day. My neighbor has started using them too. My AC was 20 years old, and struggling. SRC Air came out to diagnose and gave me several different options. The day we scheduled for the new unit turned rainy and nasty. They made sure to not track in any mud or debris, always wiped their feet and were mindful of where my dogs were. I was amazed that they could install inside and out so quickly and efficiently! And to explain my new thermostat to me. Financing was great! Miss Anita was so helpful, I had put a freeze on my credit, just made a quick call, and we were in business. This was my first time having to replace an AC unit, and I was nervous. The transition was done so effortlessly they made it seem like a piece of cake! This company is the Best, Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Cost Worthy!! I called SRC Air because my AC stopped cooling, they came out the same day and fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes. Instead of collecting & leaving like most companies I have encountered, they stayed for awhile, explained my problem and even helped me re-program my thermostat to help me save on energy and didn't even charge me!!! GREAT COMPANY & PEOPLE, I'll always use them forever and tell my family & friends!!SRC Air - A/C & Heating Response
