              Truck was brought in for a mechanical issue. We requested that the vehicle be drained of all fluids because of water in crank case and motor be pickled if it wasn't going to be attended to right away. We were advised that it would be. They called back weeks later stating vehicle needed new motor when it should have just been a head gasket job. Had second opinion on truck and if motor would have been drained motor would have not had to be replaced which would have drastically changed the cost to fix

              This place is a total rip off. The service Manager is not professional and lies. I called about my son's car and the warranty and he told me it was denied. So I called and no claim was filed by him or the dealership. He is claiming that the drive belt on on my son's 2019 ford fusion caused the car to jump timing causing the motor to bend rods. We went to look at the car and motor wasn't even broken down. Then once he found out I called he then said in his experience they would deny the warranty work. Do not let these people lie to you and cheat you out of your money.
