My husband had a stroke in January 14, 2024. We read about hyperbaric and the effects of it. we went. we drove back-and-forth a couple of times. when my husband got out of one of his treatments. We were just all three sitting in the little area we were never given any documentation we didn’t sign anything. She just offered that it would be better if we bought a bundle so I handed her $1000 in cash and we just went on our way like I never got any kind of paperwork never was told any policies never was told any sort of refund, so I sent her a text message requesting the refund because my husband was unable to continue to go. He was in speech therapy. He has gotten a pacemaker defibrillator. travel has been getting difficult. so because it’s over an hour drive and when I contacted her, it took me a minute to finally get her to respond, but then that’s when she said she was not giving us a refund and I told her that you can see in the text that we weren’t told any of the policies and she stated , I quote I will send you a check”, so it’s $110 I believe. She stated she was sending me a check and I have been trying to call her and contact her regarding it. Only a person has their word and she agreed to send it and has not so I think that since she agreed to send it that she should have to send it and I even gave her my address and she’s never done it.
