    I purchased a truck in March 2024. On May 3, 2024, I get a flat tire. The tires have locked lug nuts. I can’t find a key in my truck. I call the office on May 3, 2024. The person I spoke with said we may have one in the back, and that I would have to drive there. I cannot drive the truck there due to the flat tire. Why didn’t I have a key? Why didn’t the office bring me the key? Am I really supposed to be okay with not having the lug nut key? I want the lug nut key that should have come with the vehicle I purchased. Do I really have to break the ones on the truck and go purchase my own. If so, I want Don’s to pay for that purchase.

    When the customer called here, he was not able to speak to his sales person and he did not speak to a manager about this situation.  *** ******** is our GM and was not made aware of this situation to be able to help Mr ****. We have reached out to the customer and will be getting him all brand new lugs for his tire. He said he was pleased with that.
