      basically when I first moved in u had problems with ****** walking in my home with notifying me 24 hours before when it was in my lease she’ll notify me after she leave , then the roaches since I’ve been here that my cats kill better then the maintenance staff, I had maggot coming from under my carpet she tried going back and forth with me about them having to come from something spoiled but if that’s the cast where ever the spoiled item is it’ll be full of maggots , there is mold all in these walls there’s water stains everywhere and I just wanna know how many times there gonna spray before it start tripping are the whole wall comes down , there’s cracks everywhere. The apartment is inhabitable and not safe for my health.

      To Whom it May Concern: 

      On April 29, 2023 Ms. ****** submitted a service ticket on line informing us of maggots and roaches in her carpet. Our service team checked the apartment on May 1, 2023 and found no evidence of roaches or maggots. They treated the perimeter of the apartment with a general bug as a preventive measure. We have not heard from the resident about this issue since. We also offer preventive pest control on a monthly basis. However, if resident have concerns they are encouraged to contact us at any time. Ms. ****** submitted a service ticket regarding water stains in the living room and hallway on April 5, 2023. The stains appeared to be from an old water leak or moisture but there was no active leak. Our maintenance team treated the water stains with Kilz and secured her fan on April 12, 2023. We've attached copies of the completed work orders. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you,

       She did see any roaches are maggots because they were killed and clean , just because you physically doesn’t see them does not mean there not in the unit . There is a unit below me inside the ladie that live below me that infested with roaches and I know that’s where their coming from I would like to move into a better and up to date unit they didn’t even clean my carpet for real when I moved here I have pictures of thag also water stains on my roof the only thing the maintenance man comes and do is spray that and nothing else ****** wouldn’t live here so why would you rent out an apartment that you wouldn’t live in but it’s okay it’s fine god sees what I don’t and hears what I don’t and I promise what goes around comes around ..
