    August 3, 2021, arrived at Baileys Audio for window tinting. The first of several awkward and unprofessional behaviors by Baileys started to happen before I arrived for my appointment. 1. Baileys called while I was in route to see if I could arrive early. 2. Arrived fifteen minutes early and my car sat in the front parking lot for twenty minutes. 3. The customer service lounge was not customer friendly. The television was very loud blasting a commercial advertising Baileys Audio and the services they provide. 4. Moved to a table and stool area near the front entrance where the employees acted like they resented my presence. 5. Car is parked in the front and driver drops off key and quickly walks to the back. 6. Baileys Audio charges me a non cash fee for using my bank debit card. There was no advertising this fee on the web or store. 7. I walked outside opened the drivers door and immediately saw a wet seat. I opened all four doors and saw the same awful situation in the back. Glue and water saturation was evident on the rear passenger ***** I did have paper towels in the car and cleaned the drivers seat and sat on paper towel to drive home. My pants were wet when I arrived home. 8. Sent a letter to the owner, ***** ******, the next day explaining everything that happened. No response.

    Im sorry you had this bad experience and I will address your issues one by on.
    1, We did and do call customers when we finish some cars early and attempt to get the future appointment in earlier.
    2. We computer cut all our window films, so when your car showed up in the parkinglot, My employee was cutting the film out in his work bay. So although your car was sitting out front, we were actually working on the install.
    3. Sorry about the TV being loud, but there is a volume setting om the TV that can be adjusted.
    4. Sorry you felt like we didnt want your presence in the store front. If one of my employees offended you please let me know which one and it will be addressed.
    5.Once the vehicle gets parked back in the parking lot, the Tinter routinely drops the keys to sales people and he heads back to his work bay to start cutting film for next vehicle in line.
    6. We have non cash fee posters posted in 4 locations of the store, 2 being on the front counter
    7.I apologize for the excessive amount of water left on seats. We do use a heavy amount of water to clean windows and apply the window film. We do have towels to help absorb the water. I understand and apologize for water not being cleaned up.
    8. ***** ****** is not and has not been the owner of this store for many years, so he may not have gotten your letter.
