    I need to revisit my 2020 or 2021 complaint against Banner Ford of ********** because on Friday December 6th, 2024 the Slidell DMV told me that I could not get my father's title transferred to me (since my father donated my father's vehicle to me), because my father's vehicle was reported stolen; my father told me that this was 5 or 6 years ago and my father cleared this up with the police, but the lady I spoke with in the Slidell DMV was already seeing the next customer so since my father wanted to speak to her but then my father told me to forget it and leave; I have reason to believe that Banner Ford reported my father's vehicle stolen when I went to Banner Ford in 2021 or 2022( I looked through my emails with BBB and I haven't found my notes on my complaint against Banner Ford and when I tapped out n the link fin my email from BBB the message said expired) for an estimate on a part as my father asked me to do then the parts **** asked me for the *** number which I found out from the next mechanics garage that they don't need the *** number to find parts

    For one wasnt allowed to test drive the vehicle far enough to discover it has high road noise two charged for etching and nitrous which isnt provided three vehicle dangerous to drive in high winds. Was told by the dealership that my complaints were hearsay after they had it for over a week three days after purchase. They offer no true resolution

    I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. My first contact with the salesman, *********************, was March 5, 2022. The vehicle did not have a set delivery date but they wanted me to commit to the purchase. I was reluctant to blindly commit but when I decided to make the purchase, the salesman suddenly said it was sold to someone else. I asked to be contacted if it fell through and he told me that it was sold outright and would not be available. A couple weeks later, he notified me that it was available again. He once again refused to take a deposit and was requiring me to trade in my vehicle before arrival of the new vehicle. When I decided to make the commitment to purchase, he once again said that the vehicle was sold. On two separate occasions, the salesman has told me that the vehicle was sold but I believe the vehicle is available for sale but the salesman is depriving me of the opportunity to purchase because I was skeptical of the terms he was offering. If this is the case, his refusal to do business with me is retaliatory and inappropriate. If the vehicle is in fact available, I would like to purchase, preferably through a different salesman.
