Absolutely horrible service. Dont recommend if you are in northern *******. They have been telling us for close to 4 months they will come fix our screens now they never call back and avoid all phones. At least they could have the common courtesy to say they dont want to take the job.

Thank you for your review Mrs. ****** We are located in ***********, ** and our main line of business is building pool enclosures. We are very blessed with business for the reputation we have and due to this amount of business we normally maintain service for our customers only. We will always accept outside service, but our customers who are on the schedule come first. We made this known to you we would gladly service your enclosure when we are in the area doing another job to help accommodate you. Your repairs included 6 panels for a 5.5 hour drive away. We communicated we would stop on the way to your residence when we started installation on a customer near you who was coming up soon. Since you called, we have had a strict schedule and then went through the holidays where we give our hard-working employees time off with their families. Now due to very unusual low temperatures at this time, it has been taking our crews a bit longer than usual to complete the current installations they are on. We will not leave a jobsite until the job is complete and our customer is satisfied. As far as communicating, we have answered all your calls and have told you the same. We just spoke to your husband yesterday and made him aware we would be in the area next week as we are now coming to completion, and the Alabama job is next in line. If you would like to find a more local company to better assist, we completely understand.Review fromBilly E

Best construction experience I have ever had. Showed up when they said they would and worked full 8-12 hour days! Finished on time. Worked extra hours to make up for lost time due to a weather delay from the previous day. Each day the entire crew consisted of professional company craftsmen, no subs.Very pleased with the free standing screen room over our pool. Designed and built by Adams Aluminum.Adams Aluminum Inc
