Since the month of December my utility bills have increased by the hundreds. I have repeatedly emailed my concerns to the landlord, with no response. During this time, I received notices of a water leak, however, my water bill has continued to increase. The landlord refuses to itemize the rent, water, electricity, etc. and requires payment in full, or face eviction. I try to get an answer from the owners ******* and **** but they do not acknowledge any communication from me. A $355 water bill, on their property, due to their water leak, should not be the tenants' responsibility. I paid the initial bill, but continue to request itemization of the bill. Most of the other tenants have either moved out, or been evicted.
