      I placed an order 11/25/2023 for 5 products, only 4 products were sent. I attempted to contact the business multiple times about completing my order but they do not reply to me. I ordered 5 spices, the RTB hamburger seasoning was not included but it was paid for. Price was $7.99 plus shipping. The shipping was for all 5 products and came to $11.80. I just want the product I paid for sent, but hasn't been unable to reach anyone.

      the business has not contacted me, or sent my product it issued a refund

      It appears its a continuing problem that many others writing reviews of this business have. I ordered the magnalite pot that costs $150 dollars and never received it. I received the rest of my order, but the pot was missing and after 10 attempts to contact them, no response still. Theyre literally stealing from people With no intention of sending the pot. The attached pictures are to show a 13 pot could not have fit in the delivery package.

      I ordered a magnalite oval aluminium roaster online ralphthebaker.com for $159.99 plus $11.83 for shipping to ******, leading to a total of $171.82 on September 22, 2022. I received a confirmation email confirming that the order had been received. This is the last I have heard of it. I emailed back on 3 separate occasions requesting a follow up with no response. Attached are screenshots below of emails(beside the one I did on the website itself, which didnt send any confirmation) and screenshot of statement proving that I had been billed.

      I order 2 products from his website on 0ctober 5 I recently sent 2 emails about me not recieving my items and no response. I try to reach him on his social media page and no reply at this point I just want my items or money back.

      On October 20th, 2022 I ordered multiple spices online from ralph the baker. They debited my money from my account, *****. I have contacted the website numerous times, ******** and Instagram and still have not received a reply or my merchandise. I have now asked for a refund because I have not received anything and still no reply. I would like my money refunded

      I purchased and paid for products on the website ralphthebaker.com. I was told it would ship in about a week and I would receive notification when it did. This was in June 2022 I have not received anything and have gotten no response in my several attempts to contact them by email and thru Instagram messaging.

      I placed a order with Ralph the Baker on 9/28/2022 for $22.74 for two types if seasonings and I have yet to receive them. The website states the below:All products are made to order. Processing & handling times is 3-5 bussiness days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays due to many items being perishable. We strive to provide products that are fresh!I have sent two emails, both on10/15 and 10/22 requesting information regarding the order and haven't received a reply. After reading BBB comments about the the store, looks as if I should have read the complaints first.

      Ordered over $200 dollars worth of merchandise and the money was taken from my account. No follow up or response to numerous messages over 3 weeks. Hey Ralph! Ordered over $200 bucks on merchandise three weeks ago. Already paid, but absolutely no follow up yet. No response to my emails either. Better business bureau has similar complaints. So whats up? My money seems to be basically stolen.

      Ordered two cookbooks and some seasoning from Ralphs website back in early September. He sent me an order confirmation and a tracking notification soon after. This is where everything fell apart because the tracking notification states **** never received the item and then I was unable to get a response from the seller on multiple occasions . Please do not purchase anything from this seller, he's not dedicated to his craft . Luckily I purchased this item with a credit card

      I ordered a cookbook and seasoning from Ralphthebaker's website on 08/04/22 in the amount of $31.48. The website stated the order would ship within 7 business days. I have not received any communication or my order since then. I have emailed, contacted through the website, and messaged/commented on ******** and Instagram with no response. My order number is #VJEQ-610742. This is a terrible way to run a business. I have never had to make a complaint on a business before.
