The alleged debt item is entirely inaccurate and incomplete, and represents a very serious error in your reporting. Regus Management has been harassing me and third parties with several collectors and reported previously to CFPB on sept 2021. The collector has been harassing me, by trying to collect some inexistent debt, and failed to verify any liability bearing my signature. 1)The collector is harassing an individual, by trying to collect the inexistent debt from a corporate that never renewed a lease, while neither the individual, nor the company ever signed and obligated both. 2)The collector and Regus Management failed to provide previously, any bearing signature agreeing on the alleged renewal agreement regarding the amount pretended. 3)The alleged renewal agreement in any case is out of the statue of limitations in any case. 4)The collector is harassing by sending emails, and calling to a corporate phone owned by my actual employer, in addition to be sending letters to a property which has caused complaints against me. The Collector has been instructed to Cease and desist any type of communication that is resulting in harassment, and potential claims due to non-compliance of federal laws under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the corresponding local state laws including the violation to individual civil rights for willful non-compliance. Failing to provide a copy of any alleged contract, or other instrument bearing my signature and may result in a small claims action against the collector, and the associates harassing. I am seeking a minimum of $1,000 in damages per violation for: Defamation Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (including but not limited to Section *****) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (including but not limited to Section 623-b) In addition to violations to my civil rights. 5) the collector is not licensed in ***** but in ********* in addition.

The answer is absurd.  They are breaking the law with something inexistent, and out of any question.  They are trying to collect an inexisting debt, which they do not verify because no leasing agreement was ever renewed, and over the statue of limitations of the year they mention, which is no sense in first place.  This collector is completely outlaw.

My business credit report is reflecting a negative account from Altus. This is relating to contract with Spectrum that was expired during COVID as we were not utilizing their internet services anymore. Given that there's no adverse liability with this company or its affiliates we ask that the negative item be removed from our Experian business credit report. This is relating to our company ****************** and the service contract was for the address *********************************************.

Altus Receivables Management is claiming I owe a debt of $1513.98 however they have not showed verifiable proof that the debt belongs to me. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), Altus Receivables Management by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for their reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see verifiable proof from Altus Receivables Management (of an original consumer contract with my signature on it) that you have on file for the account listed above. Their failure to positively verify this account has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the ***** unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, and you must not place this account on my credit reports. I demand that the following account be verified or Altus Receivables Management cease and desist all collection activities on this account.
