I had an appointment with Dr ******************** on Monday July 22 2024 @ 10am. I arrived at 9:45 15 minutes early. I was told that I missed my appointment and theyd have to reschedule because the DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE ME AT ALL BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR POLICY. I asked to speak to the office manager at that time hoping for a resolution. Ms. ******************* came out and instead of trying to offer a solution, became very defensive, raising her voice, in a berating and disrespectful tone kept doubling down on office policy. I suggested that the office isnt just business and should be more compassionate. At that time, ***************** yelled at me saying Oh but IT IS BUSINESS. Ms ******** behavior was disturbing. I was humiliated and berated in front of THE ENITIRE WAITING ROOM. I was so bewildered, I immediately left and called my significant other. My S/O called the office to attempt to rectify the situation and was hung up on! I later collected my thoughts and information and retuned to the office with proof of my appointment. At that time, she was very hostile towards me and refused to help. I wasnt able to speak with Dr ******************** at all. I then sent messages to Dr ******************** thru MY CHART. I have all the messages saved my phone. I have proof thats ******* deleted all the messages on my chart. Theyre now gone. I never got a chance to speak to the doctor. Im confident the Doctor has NO IDEA OF WHAT HAPPENED. I am currently a stage 4 prostate cancer patient that went to Dr ******************** for a literal tear in my backside. Yesterday was supposed to be a follow up to my first visit with her. They had called me about a two weeks ago because they had to reschedule my original follow up visit. Obviously there was a breakdown somewhere. Thats not the issue. The issue is the way I was treated! Ive got all the screen shots to prove my case.

I have attached all supporting information that transpired last week with ****************. He did have an appointment for 9:15am on 7/22. He showed up at 9:51am and was told by the front office he would need to reschedule due to being more than 15 minutes late. He wasn't happy with that, starting to yell at my front office staff, which prompted them to call me to the front. I again explained the policy to **************** and made him an appointment for the following Tuesday, which he thank me for and left. He then had his friend call the office to further explain that he should've been seen because his appointment was for 10 and they had proof. I explained to *********, that I could not speak to her, because the patient had not listed her on his HIPPA paperwork. I asked her to have the patient call me, to which she replied, "You would want to let him see the doctor because he is fired up and is on his way. I told her goodbye and hung up the phone. **************** did return to our office on 7/22/24 at which time he tried to plead his case regarding his appointment on 7/22/24. He was again told his appointment was for 9:15a and not 10am and therefore he was late and needed to reschedule. He left angrily stating if he did not talk to Dr. ******************** that day, he would demand my resignation and call all the news outlets to complain about the way he was treated. **************** was never yelled at, disrespected in anyway nor were his portal messages deleted, however **************** was aggressive, belittling, entitled and yelling during both instances. He continued to harass me via his MyChart portal, demanding I be fired or resign. He sent 10 messages through the portal that are visible to anyone that has access to his chart for the life of his LCMC chart. I reminded **************** that just because he does not like the information given to him, he was late and needed to reschedule, does not make me rude. See attached.

**************** is in the process of being discharged from our practice due to his violations of our Code of Conduct (see attached) He has already made an appointment with another Colorectal in our area and is supposed to see her tomorrow, 7/30/24. We, Dr. Jennifer Silinsky, her partners and myself) considered this matter closed with no resolution that will please this patient.
