    The technicians located at the ****************, ** have hired staff that are not experienced enough to determine what has to be done. The expert which is supposed to come out and assess the issue. Did didnt show. Then Terminex has a long list for preparation before technician comes such as vacuum, clean walls etc. The problem with that. Is the technician comes out and doesn't see the problem. The end result. As these fleas came from outside. They spray around your home. Locking the fleas underneath your house from coming out. Increasing the fleas inside your house. I was told by last technician they should have bombed the inside. So the ** location needs to efficiently train their new staff. So they don't ruin the somewhat reputation of the Terminex company.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER ********************** AND ATTITUDE 'DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AND ESCALATE ISSUES WHEN NEEDED NON TRUST WORTHY AND VERY POOR FOLLOW UP/ THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT BUSINESS CALLS ARE ANSWERED, IF AT ALL AS IF THEY ARE OBLIGING ** THREATS TO TERMINATE CONTRACTS AND DONE WITHOUT NOTICE, WHILE TERMINIX FAILED TO PROVIDE REGULAR SERVICE IN THE LAST THREE YEARS CITING STAFF SHORTAGE

    There are certain times of the year because of termite swarming our office can be difficult to contact and delay in returning calls. Customer was emailed and/or mailed a total of 7 invoices over a 3 month period before the termite contract was cancelled. The mode of delivery was the same as those previously paid for last 5 years. Completed work orders evident of more than adequate regular service was provided.

    I HAVE TWO OF MY PROPERTIES' service CONTRACT One since **** and the other since ****. too many irregularities were found. PROPERTY #1. located in ****** ******** 1. on 04-16-2019.$483.00 paid by check cleared.2. on 04-20-2020.$497.00 paid 3. on 05-20-2021 $497.00 paid 4. on 06-02-2022 $497.00 paid.PROPERTY #2. located in ******. ********. 1. on 02-14-2019 $572.00 was paid. 2. on ***** . $582.00 was paid. 3. on 03-09-2021. $589.00 was paid, 4. on 03-08-2022 $582.00 was paid.The annual inspection for the year 2021 was done a year late in December 2022. I want the annual inspection to be done after every 12 months. ***** called me in February 2023 to do an inspection again only after 2 months. to bill me again for the year 2023. Either they give me a refund for the year 2022 services not rendered but paid by me. or apply that amount paid to them for this year 2023. I would like the owner Mr.*******************, to respond to this formal complaint. A manager-employee ***** threatened to terminate my contract. I would like to stay with the contract and come up on time inspection after 12 months.
