      November 30, 2023 I received a text from the bank fraud department informing me someone attempted to access my account using my debit card. I spoke with someone Name ****** who told me my card would be disabled immediately. I also spoke to someone with the fraud department who told me someone tried to get $500 out of my account 5 times, and they used my card number at several other places. On 11/30/23 I spoke to ******* Manager at Fidelity Bank on ********************** and she told me the fraud department wasnt able to ****** payment of $381.55 paid through a square app to sneaker store called Deadstocks LLC US. I was also told the bank has to contact **** for my money back. On 12/1 the funds were successfully withdrawn, and on 12/2/23 another $381.55 was withdrawn to the same sneaker company listed above. I informed the bank again speaking to ******. I was told give me some time to speak to the fraud department about this. I received my money back because the card was disabled, and the thieves had two payments withdrawn on two separate days. 12/1/23 I went to the bank to see when would I get my money back into my account, and was told I have to wait until **** reply, the fraud department investigates fraud within 10 business days. I was told until then I cannot get a courtesy deposit of my money back into my account. I have not paid all of my bills, lights could be cut off any day, cell phone bill is due, and Im due to receive another deposit to that bank on 12/14/23. No one calls back to follow up on this, and when I called I am told I have to wait the 10 business days. Thats 12/14 or 12/15. I need my money back so that I can take care of my bills.
