            I ordered a window through this company. We signed the paperwork and were told it would take up to 22 weeks to receive our product. After a month I called to inquire as to the progress of our window's arrival, the desk manager, *** said she would call me back. I never heard back. I called two more times over the next two months and the same response was given with no call back. Skip to 3.5 months after we thought our order had been placed. It wasn't. I finally got in touch with the owner/manager, ****, who then refused to take any responsibility for the issue. **** claimed that the order was never placed due to a lack of initial payment. Instead of calling to complete the payment and resolve the issue, the order sat dormant. And because the order was dormant, the cost of the window had increased. So, even though I had called *** several times to request communication To myself or my contractor on the status of my order, not once was any action made by this company to see it through. To make matters so much worse, I never once got an apology, **** was consistently condescending to me on the phone and made no accommodations to come to a fair resolution.

            The order in question is for a special size, custom window. ***** *****, whom I believe is the home owner, contracted with a established customer of Amazing Windows, She placed order with the contractor, not with Amazing. She has never entered into any agreement with Amazing Windows, Contractor in question WAS notified that since order was custom, and special, that a deposit is required. No such deposit was issued. The contractor is a customer of Amazing Windows, our policy is not to discuss any information with the Customer of a customer. Sorry this has come to this, I called Ms *****, tried to discuss, but she hung up on me. Amazing and all companies always require a deposit before custom items are produced. If she could prove that she gave a deposit for this custom window, we will honor the price she was quoted 4 months ago.
