      Horrible ***************** They put a fraudulant line on my account, when they went to remove it. They charge me a $665.00 cancellation fee for the line that I never used or approved that they added to my account.

      We went on a cruise back in may-june. Called in to get the the plan on our international plan and was promise that we have to free days of international plan. Even though we put the phone on airplane modem know that the charges will be outragaes if we didn't. We calledd 3 or4 days in before the cruise. Now they have no proof that we called in. We recieved the bill it was $7,000. This is outrages. Even though we calle and talked to a professional an took their advice our bill is still $7,000. Never in my life i heard of seen of a $7,000 cell phone bill. Why is that when we call in there is no trace of our call. This is not professional of verizon and i have been with them for years trusting in them. There is no way i am about to afford this amount and was lied and decieved.

      Verizon is charging 3 times the regular prices , my bill is $1789 this month and every month for 4 lines $987. this insane , every month the bill is up and up .. i can't deal with this anymore the authorities need to do something

      I have been with verizon for 2 years without any issues until now. I reached out to them before my kids went on a carnival cruise and spoke to an agent about any charges associated with this cruise and if i would be covered. I specifically told the agent they would be on a cruise and even told them the 3 places in Mexico they would be visiting. The agent failed multiple times to tell me that i wouldn't be covered on international waters and i was charged international and roaming minutes giving me a ridiculous ass bill of 8,877.15. After speaking with multiple agents and got nowhere i spoke with a supervisor names ****** who i explained the situation to and he told me they would contact cooperate to get the charges cleared. As of today I still have this ridiculous balance all because their agents cant give the right damn information. I guess that's how they treat their loyal customers.

      The advertisement is false,They say and limited and break it down to limited.Nothing is unlimited and this is false information.You cannot as a consumer get the right information upfront.

      fraudulent liars and cheats, nothing is up front all done behind back when they add all extra charges no one told u about attempts fell on deaf ears and if I return new phone 50 $$ restock fee I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
