    I initialed a new policy agreement on Facebook almost TWO months after I ordered the bags. Any new policy should take affect for the orders placed after it was written. I ordered them on 6/11 and paid in FULL $143 on 6/12. She told me they would be ready in 5-7 days hopefully sooner were her exact words then a MONTH later I still had not heard a word out of her. After I messaged her asking about them she said she was behind bc her kids had been sick and she would have them done that week and would send pictures then 11 days later I had not heard from her and I messaged her AGAIN and her child had orientation for school. Told her I would be at the beach after she messaged me on 8/2 which was 1.5 months or longer from when I ordered them. Then 3 times I told her I would come by for porch pickup (which in her new policy states she doesn't do that anymore, but continued to do so) but got busy at work. I messaged her twice after that with she was reading my messages and not responding, so then I commented on her post on her business page and then that is when she finally responded... I was understanding of her being super behind. I have had SO MANY people reach out to me about wrong things her and your husband have done to them.
