On March 7, 2024, I purchased a used vehicle from super discount on winnsboro Road from ***** ******* for $4000. During purchase, we test drove the vehicle and was disclosed that the vehicle was in great condition and only 1 owner. We was also told that there was no lights on the vehicle and no work was needed to be done. The vehicle was very Reliable. I was also told that this vehicle should last me a very long time as it is a Honda brand vehicle. During purchase, I asked the consumer several times if there was anything that needed to be done on the vehicle or anything was wrong on the vehicle. Within 15 minutes of purchase , I arrived to my home which is three minutes away from the consumers business. The car never crunk back up altering turning it off a minute later. I text the consumer within 10 minutes after buying the vehicle and told him that I would like a refund as it had only been 20 minutes or to have this issue resolved. The consumer denied the refund and told me that he is a man so he can crank the vehicle back up. The consumer, did not mention during purchase the key was worn out of the vehicle, and the ignition switch lock was needed to be replaced stated from automotive locksmith. The automotive locksmith informed me that the key that was given was not the actual original key to the vehicle. I inform the consumer approximately a day later, informing him of what was told to me needed to be fixed. I also had trouble trying to receive the title that he had at his home as he was upset at the fact that I got on social media and informed them of what happened during sales and blocked him. I had to involve my mother to retrieve the title from the consumer. A days later, He just stated he will not help me get this done, but he will help me try and sell the vehicle out to someone else in this condition. It has only been seven days from purchase and the first day of buying the vehicle it stopped cracking. I spent $4000 on this vehicle for me and my son as I’m a single struggling mother.
