    June 2021 Affordable Comfort and Construction Air Conditioning company was sent out to my property by American Homeshield to replace my air handler/coil. After the installation my unit has never really worked to full capacity. I was able to get the company to come back out maybe once or twice and was told the unit was working like it should. Over this two year period the unit still has not worked to full capacity until recently the unit stop working during the day and barely working at night. I contacted American Homeshield at the end of June 2023 paid a service request fee for someone to come out and check the unit. They sent The AC and Heat Doctor to my house and their findings resulted in the previous company (Affordable Comfort and Construction Air Conditioning) had installed the unit incorrectly. Prior to AHS sending out their company I had another company to come out Complete Air Solutions and he saw the same thing. I have tried contacting this company and neither myself nor American Homeshield have been able to reach them. This company did pull a permit #21-06-3843ASR but did not call in for an inspection which makes me feel like they new that they had screwed up.
